Super fast and friendly service! The cashier saw I was an overwhelmed mom and was so perceptive, she realized I ordered food and drinks for the kids and my husband, and asked if I wanted a cup of water for myself. It was so sweet! Chick-fil-A has the best employees.
What an amazing experience. Kudos to the staff. The delivery address was not in the system. It kept giving me an error. Called the restaurant and the staff member checked with me on her phone why the address was not connecting with the app. It sure was not adding the address.
The employee spoke to the manager to discuss she told me to order as if I was at the restaurant. I had mentioned I can’t leave my office because I have meetings all day and we were short handed.
They manually added it as a delivery and brought lunch to a hungry man in 10 minutes before my lunch break was over. AGAIN BEFORE MY LUNCH BREAK WAS OVER the food was here. The person who brought the food was courteous and the food bag was closed well with a sticker.
PS: Everyone at the restaurant need a 10% raise. Chick-fil-A corporate office - they deserve it and they went out of the way to help.
They have best customer service. Ate in with my two kids, and they gave us complimentary ice cream and treated us like a full service restaurant. Didn’t get his name but very young man with curly hair tucked under a hat provided excellent service. Highly recommend this franchise location.
