Meal was delicious! New to the area and trying out different restaurants and was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere of Happy Belly. We ate outside for lunch on their side patio.
Great place, great food, great story. Come try this place and don't miss reading the inspirational time line going down the hall. I will be back.

Newly found gem of a restaurant!!! Discovered at the start of quarantine and every dish has been delicious - great nourishment for the body and soul. It just feels like everything is made with LOVE - something we need right now! We personally are not ready for dine in just yet, so we will continue to get to-go orders and enjoy fabulous meals at home that I could never replicate myself. Have especially enjoyed the low country boil and looking forward to lobster rolls this weekend. Their seafood is the best I have had this far ashore - much appreciated by this New England transplant. Happy Belly is legit and definitely helps make my whole family happy - such great shared meals at home has truly brought us closer together. Thank you Happy Belly!!!
I've never been a fan of Brussels Sprouts but OMG are these the most amazing sprouts I've ever tried! I love the staff and owners. Everyone is very genuine and friendly and the food is fantastic. It's also located in the Vickery Village, which is a wonderful open family friendly area where everyone can hang out in an open grass field time area. I know that Jackie was extremely helpful in describing the different kinds of beer that were available as well.
Really good food. Family-friendly. But you'll pay through the nose for it. Though they do have specials every weekend.
Their burgers are fresh and have a grilled over an open flame, taste. Their beet-kale salad was solid. They also offered number of unique soft drinks in glass bottles and I kind of like that.
Initial visit included great conversation and amazing service. The place felt very relaxed with a barn door clean kitchen feeling. The cookies are #DONOTMISS. There are some growing pains with new cooks and servers but I am glad they are here at Vickery Creek and I will be returning for an updated review!
I am sure that summer will have a lot more delicious food and they cook everything on the Big Green Egg... always great flavor.
