If you’re a foodie or a love a crisp cocktail, you’ll love this place! Everything I’ve had is full of flavor and hits the spot! I recommend their Pork Chop or Chicken!
For dinner I had the del monico (rib eye) and it was so tender and well prepared it melted in my mouth practically along with brussel sprouts medley. Mac and cheese was delicious along with the biscuits. Wife had the catfish with greens and gumbo/ shrimp. Raspberry pecan pie and homemade ice cream was to die for. Awesome experience and hats off to the owner Brooks Anderson.
A varied menu where each dish was prepared differently and in a very unique way. There were so many good things to say it's hard to know where to start! Per our waiters recommendation we started with the Cabrito taco which was featured in the Bon Apetite magazine, and it was outstanding. We also had the grilled cauliflower which was also a hit. My daughter had the rotisserie 'Long walk to Nashville' chicken and we both said it's the best fried chicken we'd ever had - the seasoning/breading/skin was fried to perfection and the biscuit that came with the meal was so good we said it could be saved for dessert! I had the Red fish on the half shell with smoked peppadew butter and it also was outstanding. We knew we were going to take some food home so we also got Gammy's Baked Mac and it was one of the best mac-n-cheese dishes I've personally ever had.
Alas we didn't have room for dessert but there were several items on it that we're planning to try next time we visit! (which won't be long!)
