The cupcake experts here are also really happy to help and you're always greeted with a smile. They carry true passion in what they do. The atmosphere is off since Sprinkles Ice Cream is no longer next door, but the ATM is a plus. This location has a bunch of cool places surrounding it, so an all-around nice location.
Today I got the Christmas Cookie Cupcakes and the Cuff Cake which are absolutely delicious. I'll be back!
They have a vegan red velvet cupcake and it’s delicious! I am looking forward to more flavors like vanilla, caramel and strawberry. The ATM is pretty easy to operate.
Best cupcakes I've had anywhere. Especially rich tasting are the ones with the rich chocolate topping. We brought a couple to neighbors who couldn't thank us enough. While the ATM is a clever concept, we found that if you go inside the store you benefit from a wider selection of sweets.
It’s always a bummer when they’re out of flavors but that’s more our fault as customers for going late in the day. The staff there still did an amazing job offering what they had and really were very kind. Kindness is in short supply today. Thank you for making our visit pleasant.

Ive had sprinkles before and I always love it, but we came on August 7th around 8:45pm and the ATM was being difficult. We had a couple of newbies who haven’t had it before so we were a little bummed when it wouldn’t give us cupcakes. There was one worker who went out of her way to check on us multiple times and even hooked us up with some cupcakes when the machine ultimately overheated/broke down. I wish I got her name but she knows who she was! Thank you for such amazing service!
The best word to describe these cupcakes would be “rich”. The cake part is moist and good flavor but I scraped off most of the icing because it’s just too thick and sweet for me. Didn’t think the cake was anything special like a cupcake flavor you could get anywhere else.
Sprinkles never disappoints - I look for a store always whenever I visit the US. My absolute favorite is the red velvet but you cannot really go wrong here. Glad to see they offer gluten and sugar free options, too.
Used to get a kick outta the cupcake ATM when I first discovered it in Chicago. Hadn't visited the Dallas locations since my move back. Ordered curbside pickup during business hours this past Sunday afternoon. There were lines at both the ATM and door, so come with patience.
Now, about my new, forbidden love... I'm both enthused and bashful in my report that the Cookie Cupcake, to my utter shock, gave me feelings of near ecstasy that food should never give a person. I've vowed to not eat another for fear of uncontrollable addiction. If I recall correctly, it's available for a limited time. Try it at your own risk, and savor every soft bite.

I can’t believe that there is such a thing called “cupcake ATM”. What a world. The actual store was out of all but 4 or 5 cupcake flavors (9pm on a Sat night), but she kindly told us the ATM right outside the door was stocked full and fresh- she was right! We each got two delicious, fresh cupcakes and they were amazing.
