A staple, love the food! I typically order to go but recently chose to dine in with a friend. The service was questionable. I chose to believe she was just busy... That said, I do recommend. But make a reservation before you go!
The service is excellent. Each waiter greets you. The bartender is professional and creative.
The sushi rolls were made quick and fresh. The options for rolls are abundant. We ordered the California Roll, Shrimp Tempora Roll, Oishii Roll, Spider Roll and the Cowboy Roll. Each was delicious and unique.
The egg rolls are full of meat and are filling.
Not a bad spot to grab a bite.
The only reason they’re not getting 5 stars is because we made a reservation for 9 pm and we didn’t get seated until 9:20 even though the entire party was there at 9 and we even had to ask twice if our table was ready before they finally started clearing our table that had been empty for a while.
The food though was 👌 excellent and it all came out really quick, even the drinks! The drinks had room for improvement though. The waitress Annie was spectacular!
Oishi means delicious in Japanese and that’s just what we found. Their sushi is fresh and their sushi specials are creative and delightful. Don’t let the strip mall scare you away. Service and quality fish are worth the adventure!
This place has quickly become our favorite sushi place. The variety of sushi rolls on their menu will give you lots of options to try different rolls. Try to not go without a reservation you’ll be waiting forever. The wait for rolls at the table takes time their so busy but so worth the wait. Our family loves these specialty rolls 44 roll very interesting tasting but so good! Caesar roll is our favorite! And Himalayan roll is so refreshing. The calamari is really good too with their special sauce. A member of our family does not like sushi so she went with their pho and it was seriously so good. She actually ended up eating some of the rolls because they were that good. Definitely a great place for a nice night out.
Fresh, flavorful and delicious! So many great options for Maki rolls and sashimi.
The sushi chefs do an amazing job on preparation & presentation. I enjoy sitting at the sushi bar to get recommendations on new things to try. So many favorites! There are a lot of Asian entrees available on the menu too. The staff is always pleasant. Reservations recommended. Highly recommend!
Amazing! Had calamari app (sauce was way too salty). The specialty rolls are great! Their fish is high quality. Even with reservations for two on a late Sat night, we had to sit at the bar but it ended up being a nice experience. Very friendly waiter. Their prices are pretty high but worth it. Place was packed and lively.
Best sushi in Dallas! We tried several different things, and everything was excellent. Started with spicy edamame and calamari. Highly recommend the Caesar roll and Flower roll. Also ordered 42, vegetarian Tribeca and vegetarian On the Border. Everything was so delicious!
The food was tasty - dinner was a bit busy so maybe go earlier or get reservations. Plan to go back for sure and try out some other dishes.
This is one of our favorite sushi places in Dallas! Service is a bit slow but the food is always delicious! My boyfriend always gets the 45, the dumplings and a few other riceless rolls and they are consistently great. I was feeling sick the last time we went so I ordered the Pho....at a sushi place. To my surprise it was really really good! I will 100% order that again and if you're there on a cold day I highly recommend that you try it 🧡
