I completely understand that whataburger is not a fast food restaurant and meals are usually cooked to order, which I appreciate! There was a wait for my order but to my surprise, I arrived at the window and noticed that the polite and patient manager was the only person besides one other employee running the entire store. My food was excellent and fresh. I applaud the manager on shift last night!
Mary has excellent customer service!! She greeted everyone that came in and suggested other items on the menu. She is an excellent addition to the job!!

I visited the Lancaster store off of Dallas Ave and the service was spot on even at 2:00 a.m. there was only 2 cars on the drive thru so I imagined that they were just ther ro serve me, the fries were hot as well u know, and the chocolate shake I tray enjoyed, now as for the Patty melt I ordered I actually passes out on it, but I can truly say that when I woke up the next day the Patty melt sandwich was on point... #$onesatisfied cust
A lot of Whataburgers get bad reps lately and for good reason, this location is not deserving of that. I came last night around 2am, which is normally a hell of a hour to go, but the two girls working drive thru were sooooo nice and the food came fast and fresh. Everyone working last night (8/5/23) deserves a raise.
It was a nice atmosphere. I enjoyed my dinner while watching some employees getting along with every single customer that crossed that door. Manager was in a very good mood. Food was great and well, I will say this:. I will be back
It’s a short walk from the truck stop. The food and service were good, but when we got back to the truck we realized they didn’t give the correct size (my husband had ordered large and they gave him medium fries).
Ordered my usual grilled chicken combo. Service was quick for the situation of being frozen outside and everyone didn't come to work. The drive-thru was fast. San8was good, fries were hot, and the sprite burned the ba k of my throat...excellent!!
Went this morning for the 1st time and the girl at the drive-thru was awesome, she had an awesome attitude. The food came out fast and hot., the fries were fresh and cooked perfectly. I will definitely be coming back here when I'm in the area
