I stopped at this Burger King location last Sunday for a quick bite and was very pleased with the service, in comparison to other Burger King locations I have been to in the last couple of months. I decided to dine-in and the restaurant was clean, staff is friendly and took my order correctly. The food was hot, delicious and was prepared very fast! I tried the Spicy Chi'King with no pickles and fries. I definitely recommend this location if you are in the mood for some BK!
P.S.: Bonus points for the genius and hilarious "We are hiring" ad!
This location on Cockerell Hill Rd in Grand Prairie was much better then the ones in my area. Whopper was fresh and had that flame grilled flavor. Fries were hot and SALTED. Many fast food places don't salt and hardly ever put salt in bag. Only suggestion since we ate in cream ketchup tub would be nice packets are messy and inconvenient
Lately, the fast food industry customer service has been getting bad, but with the pleasant experience.
This location, the customer service it was great.
I went last night about 8pm and I was pleasantly surprised the dinning area was very clean with a welcoming environment. The cashier was friendly and attentive and the manager stopped by our table a couple of times to ensure we were satisfied with our food and if we needed anything. The food was fresh and great quality. I will definitely return to this location!
Flame broil taste is really desirable, burgers are good when prepared correctly.
Watch for your condiments that they're put in your bag. Other than that Burger King is good.
Was good food and fast service, however, had Mexican style music playing way too loud in lobby and had trouble just talking with others at my table. Also, Men's restroom was not very clean or kept up very well at 11:15 AM on a Friday.
The night shift has great atmosphere and freaking awesome
I just need to know that BK will always be there. I made not always choose it, but I always return. That mustard Whopper is just right for me. And their fries are darn near perfect. Add a chocolate shake (with whip cream!) and I'm in heaven. This particular BK is a nice clean well-managed eatery.
Now look at this picture. A burger comes with lettuce, tomatoes with some pickles. I don't know what the hell this here is. I was very disappointed. On top of that I wanted to add to my order and said they can't add stuff at the window. I might not be back to this one. But I like Burger King keep doing burgers like this u want be King long. Sad!!!
I don't really eat burger King but all round it was good. My only complaint is the size of the burgers. You would expect a place that calls themselves the king of burgers to have at least decent size burgers but what can you expect, it's fast food and not the restaurant that serves it fault. Their service was fast and good.
