I am Nicaraguan. and my husband and I are in California for a week. and we drove two hours to go to Al Fin restaurant. I have no words to tell you that this is the best restaurant ever the waiter was very kind with us and 5 minutes later I saw on Facebook that the waiter is the owner of the restaurant. Wow what humble the waiter/owner. he was very very nice . thanks for your kind attention.

Have never had a bad meal here. The pupusas are fantastic!
My favorite restaurant! To address some of the reviews before mine- Yes the food takes some time (In person) but it is WORTH the wait and not that bad if you call in advance. Especially since they make it as you order! The food is very fresh and you can taste the rich flavor.
The only reason im giving this a five star its because of the food. Prices are reasonable, very clean and spacious space. Only one waitress, which makes the costumer service very slow, but besides that, everything else its fine.
Great authentic Nicaraguan food. I will be back to sample from the wonderful menu. This was my first-time eating Nicaraguan food.
Nice people and great chicken and pork pupasas! Wait time was 20 minutes so order ahead if you’re in a rush.

At the moment you arrive in that restaurant the personel give you an enjoyable feeling. Very courteous crew, it is a friendly restaurant to to go out with buddies or with your date. delightful cooking, qualified chief cook and stuff, competitive price and courteous service. Highly recommended.
This restaurant has authentic Latin prepared, savory, and correctly seasoned food. It is well worth going to!! Some Nicaraguan restaurants skimp on quality and even deviate from authenticity in an attempt to cut backs on costs. Big mistake. If you want the real deal go to Al Fin. Al takes pride in his cooking and cares enough to cook with the best ingredients!!
