First time at Spartan. Good good food. What I enjoyed most of our overall experience was that you can taste the freshness in the food. Delicious gyros and bomb Greek fries. Excited to come back and try other dishes.
My family and I had lunch here today. It was nice to find a Greek restaurant in Weston. We had the gyro platter, lemon garlic chicken platter and chicken souvlaki platter. The platters are marked as Gluten Free; however they come with pita bread which is wheat flour. I asked the attendant if I could replace the pita with salad or a little bit of something else. I was told no. The food was tasty and the place is good. However because of the misrepresentation of the gluten free platters, I have to give them only 4 stars.
Gyro and lamb plate was a good low carb choice. It was very good and I took leftovers home. Huge portions!
I eat here once a week and they never miss!

This is a hidden gem as it sits in the very back of a shopping center off Weston Rd and Griffin just west of I-75. Food is always hot and fresh with plentiful servings (see pictures). We had the Gyro Salad, Gyro Platter and Chicken Souvlaki Platter. Food came out piping hot and the salad was fresh and crisp with a delicious greek style dressing. The sweet potato fries were salty, crispy and tender inside. Gyro meat was moist and servings were generous. Convenient counter order and then they bring you the food with self service drinks. Staff is always friendly and helpful in answering any questions. Menu has lots of options, but not overwhelming and you can make your own combo for a nice variety. We've been during the week for lunch and on Sunday for dinner with no change in the quality of food or service. Recommend for anyone that enjoys greek food in a casual environment that is clean and welcoming. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
So happy to have found a Greek lunch spot by my job. A girlfriend and I came here after doing some greenhouse tours and it was just the meal we needed after a long day. She had the chicken pita and I had the lamb pita and we made them bombos which came with a drink and fries.
The lamb was great I probably would have wanted smaller pieces because the huge chunks made it hard to bite into. My friend said the same about the chicken but it was easier to chew but just because of the meat selection. I think the fries were my favorite, crispy yet soft and well seasoned!
Definitely recommend.
I'm from Astoria NY and this place is the best Greek food I had since I moved to FL, only one gripe is they limit their white sauce other than that meat , sides on point, salad 9/10, pork suvlaki 9/10 jucy and tasty
Spartan Gyros is GREAT! I've done catering with them 3 times and every time its been perfect. The lamb, beef, and, chicken souvlaki were tender and delicious. My guests always rave about their food. The employees are very nice and welcoming, and the manager Kevin is awesome.

The food is great, have been coming for years. However, they recently changed the fountain drinks to their own brand and they are TERRIBLE! Syrupy nasty taste. The wifi is also dodgy, it is better to use the one from the diner next door. Would be five stars if they fixed these things.
edit: thanks for the response! I will try the drinks the next time and update the review if they are back to normal. I think your wifi problem has to do with the router, it kept dropping me. the diner one was solid...
Gyros lunch special was delicious. We changed the fries to a Greek salad. Highly recommend it.
