So a big big hugeeeeee shout out to Jessica!!!! Best server ever!!!!! We go here at least 2x a month and first time ever ive seen someone work so hard! Not only was she on top of making sure people were seated fast, got the orders on point! Checked back with all her tables, had a smile on her face at all times... I mean i can go on and on!!! Listen ! I don’t know who was working 1/21/22 and 6pm but… MY FOOD WAS BOMB AF! The burger was hot and fresh and made correctly! It was delicious! The onion rings was hot and fresh and delicious too and really good with the ranch sauce. The shake was delicious! And thick and perfect! If I would’ve had cash I would’ve tipped the staff! If corporate reading this give that crew a raise.

Been a very, very long time since we gave this place a shot. I have to say, the ez kiosk ordering, the friendly staff was a pleasant surprise. The food. It was superb. I couldn't get over it, everything was fresh, hot and just perfect! We were talking about this ONE visit, all the way to a recent day trip to Tampa. We decided we will just wait and stay faithful to our local place! Seems they have a good thing going on! Keep up the great work!
It's good burger and fries. But if you order a shake separately from the meal, ask for it every couple minutes. Ours was in the fridge waiting on who knows what for 20 min. We had to wait until someone came out to ask.
I've always liked Steak And Shake. On our last visit the staff was friendly and the food came out fast. My only complaint and the one thing that sometimes steers us away from going is the self ordering kiosks. You don't deal with a person until your food comes out.
I didn't like only kiosk service, only 4 stations and only 1 took cash. I wouldn't want to be there at lunch hour. Not good for the elderly. Good chocolate shake.
Great place and prices are very affordable, kids eat for free on weekend when you spend more than 9 dollars.

Great food and low prices. Also kids eat for free on weekends when you spend more than $9 dollars. Servers was very polite and served us fast. Very busy specially during weekends but I have never had to wait to long to be seated since they have plenty of tables.
They make the best burgers and fries..I love that you can also order shakes. My favorite part is fries and a shake, and the burgers if you have room too. The drive-through lines are long but that assures you they are cooking your meal as you wait. If you eat inside you have to play the crane game...overall still a great place to eat under 10.00
They were fast on service food was great the shakes were better not to many places around here with good milk shakes anymore
