Absolutely first class service and friendliness. One of the best fast food experiences I've ever had. Looking forward to an expansion to a full sized restaurant as soon as possible! Edit: Removing a star. During the transition to the new Student Union Building, the menu setup, meal plan value, ordering line setup, and item availability was handled extremely poorly. Even to this day, the cashiers will all give different answers when asked what a meal plan gets you. Milkshakes are not always available, and the pickup line is a complete disaster. For an engineering school, these logistics could have been addressed much better well in advance of opening.

Thank you Chick fil A for setting the high standards!! Disclaimer: I only eat fries at chick fil A Went into this store and it’s implacable. Middle of rush hour, everyone is hungry and busy. Walk into chick fil A and every single one of them is smiling and asking to help :) Amazing! Food was served to my table with a smile. Every few minutes you will have a staff member asking if need ANYTHING! From re fill for your cup, ketchup or what ever will make you happy! Two staff members were cleaning the windows and light fixtures. By the way they cleaned it I was impressed. NO ONE EVER DOES IT ANY WHERE ELSE!
