Our employees at this location have worked very hard in attempting to improve the all around sonic experience. We just recently found out about this facebook page and we greatly appreciate all of your reviews! Feel free to post how your experience went at the Sonic Drive- In Decatur, TX. Your feedback let's us all know what we need to work on, as well as what we do a pretty good job with. We wouldn't have jobs if it wasn't for our wonderful guests, and we are always looking to make your sonic experience perfect every time! We have recently had a small change in faculty, and I believe we are back on the right track! Of course if you have a bad experience, we want to do all we can to fix that and not let it happen again. So far, it's to be expected. Sometimes it's just a off day and orders don't come out correct, or it takes longer than anticipated. It has happens. However, it hasn't happened at Sonic as often as it's happened at Tacobell or Burger King. I'm thankful for that. 🤣
Awesome service, actually felt relieved to see a car hop on roller skates like back in the day. The only problem was quite a few stalls did not work and were not roped off. I had to move 3 times but in these trying times I didn't mind
