Today wasn't the best; poor kid couldn't follow directions. Other than today I would normally give them 5 stars. Even though today wasn't the best & my sandwich wasn't the best. Any other day I'll stick with my 5 stars
I love this place. I order it when I stop back by throw the neighborhood on my way to the Chicago suburbs for the weekend. Nice store, great food, nice location. Hopefully we get one in the Quad Cities sometime soon.
They are under new ownership the girl behind the counter said. You can certainly tell. More organized and clean. The workers are all flying around and sandwiches are done fast. I was in the other day to give them one last chance. After this visit we will be going more often. They have totally turned the place around for the better. Keep up the good work!!!!
Always great food. A little slow but worth the wait.
Ate here yesterday. Been over two years since I’ve been here. Gotta say, place seems much more put together.. stopped coming because it was always dirty, poorly staffed, and out of stuff I wanted to eat. Glad I gave it another chance. Kudos to whoever took this dumpster fire over and turned it around.
I typically don't like Jersey Mike's but my daughter convinced me to go the other day. I inquired about the wraps and the employee Amanda was very knowledgeable and friendly. I decided to go with the chicken ceasar wrap. Amanda did amazing and really made me want to go back. Which I have actually once since! I will definitely go back and encourage others to also. I appreciate Amanda, thank you!
Employee made an amazing sandwich, manager was extremely friendly and helpful! Food was fresh even at closing time, I'd love to come back here. Their soda selection was great as well.
