Staff is very friendly! No inside dining, a few tables set up out front. Had an egg and mozzarella option for breakfast. A few gluten free baked options, but did not try. Lots of baked goods for those without restrictions, I think my friend ordered everything!
The coffee here is so good! Their delicious breakfast pastries will always make your morning! If you can get your hands on a raspberry scone before they sell out for the day, do it! A new favorite is the Golden Tea. It has turmeric and has a lot of depth to it!

My favorite morning treats and iced coffee. Terribly easy to miss hours, but when you can catch it and it’s open - they’ve got the best baked goods, pastries, croissants, of any other place I’ve been in Denver area. Their iced coffee is also one of the best, along with the Turkish coffee place down the street if you’re in the mood for baklava or Turkish breakfast items. Both spots seem to have a really smooth and not bitter iced coffee that I love. This is a big deal for me, as I only drink black iced coffee with nothing in it, the coffee has to be good. I can’t cover it up. So Wooden Spoon, way to nail it on every count. Definitely recommend.
Bacon egg cheese and tomato on brioche. Sausage spinach scramble. Cappuccino and a coffee. Very busy place. Small counter seats 4, and a few tables outside. Everything was great.
The best bakery in Colorado!! We come here every day for breakfast as it’s the most delicious breakfast ever. Everything is fresh made daily and lots of choices for pastries and desserts. I’m European and bakery has everything to start my day 😍

We ordered several breakfast sandwiches which are served on brioche (soft and pillowy) with egg, cheese and choice of meat or vegetables (mushroom, tomato, green Chile) They are so tasty and the ratio of bread to egg to meat and cheese spot on.
The sweet and savory pastries are baked to perfection. So many delicious options.
Make sure to bring a mask as you’re required to wear one inside.

We’ve been coming to Wooden Spoon for years, and it’s our favorite bakery in Denver. The scones, egg sandwich and key lime pie are our favorites, but love it all. Have ordered cakes and pies for special events as well, all delicious.
Lovely bakery with an assortment of delicious pastries and sandwhiches. Note that they only have 3 tables outside, so it's best to call ahead or order online.
Tried the breakfast special, it's a stack of ham, eggs, swiss cheese, and cilantro cream on brioche. Cilantro cream is particularly interesting, gives a nice refreshing taste. Cappuccino was also good, they have a good selection of coffee and teas.
The mushroom turnover was great even after being reheated, the sticky bun was not too sweet and still rich like you'd expect.
