My husband and I are staying at a hotel 8 minutes away. We ordered last night and it took them 35+ minutes AFTER the food was picked up to deliver. The food was COLD, completely hard and cold. I complained and a manager called me first thing the next day. Apparently our food was picked up by door dash. They redelivered the order and it was HOT, fresh and delicious. I've never had such a quick resolution and appreciated the re do. We will be back in a few months and this will be our go to location. Thank you to the manager Megan and staff who was very nice on the phone when I wasn't too happy originally.

Been getting pizza here pretty much weekly for over a year now. Consistently good in an area where everyone else is consistently bad. Seems all the bad reviews are about delivery. I only do carryout.

Delicious as always! I used to have anxiety about ordering pizza late at night because I had a bad experience with this local pizza parlor. Since then, I stopped ordering pizza late at night because I felt some workers get lazy and stop caring. However this papa johns has turned me around. They are one of the only places I trust as their food and customer service is absolutely delicious!! Thank you😁
