I have been looking for a decent made-to-order chinese food joint near my work... and the search is over! Firstly of course, the food was great. I got the crab cheese wontons, sweet & sour chicken and chicken lo-mein. I thought that everything was excellent, not to salty or greasy but lots of flavor. If I had to nit pick one thing it would be that I like my crab cheese wonton filling to have a little more sweetness than it did. But that surely did not stop me from eating them, they were delicious nonetheless haha.
The service was super friendly and the food was prepared fresh when I ordered it... no scoopers full of old food here. My food came up in less than 10 minutes and I was out the door.
Something to know before ordering is that this is is essentially a sit down chinese restaurant, that is only take out. So the portion sizes are huge for each item ordered, but with no place to sit and eat. It's like my favorite family style sit down chinese food restaurant opened up a to-go only location. Each item came with fried rice and an egg roll so that was a tremendous amount of food for one person. But let's be honest, I am not sad about it because that means more chinese food tomorrow!
I definitely recommend giving this place a try if you want delicious food, at a good price, made quickly and fresh to order. I will definitely be back the next time I get the itch for chinese food.
The food is great and in big portion! Delivery was fast as well. The delivery guy was very sweet. Highly recommend if you want nice and affordable Chinese food! Their wonton soup is super
New China Cafe is a great option for to-go Chinese food. They do not have an eat-in area currently, but the food is incredible. I ordered the crispy fried dumplings, combination fried rice and garlic pork. The pork with garlic sauce came with an egg roll, plain fried rice and a chicken wing. The combination fried rice and the garlic pork was outstanding. I ordered my food in restaurant then waited in my car. The staff were gracious and brought the food out to my car. The staff provided great customer service, and were extremely accommodating with my requests. I highly recommend this restaurant for to-go Chinese food.
The food is very delicious. I am a regular customer and I always asks for specialty made fried rice and they honor my requests.
The whole staff is very personable and I enjoy the warm demeanor that I receive during each visit.
Food is great! Value is great! If I have to find a fault it’s that sometimes they’re so busy it’s hard to order because the phone line is busy….. which is great success for a business and speaks for itself.

Came in on a Friday night, was very busy which I took as a good sign.
Service was EXTREMELY friendly, so damn nice. The lady who took my order was patient and courteous. Even made small talk while they were clearly v busy.
Food took about 15-20 min, faster than I thought. And gentlemen even helped me to my car bc of how many bags I had and was soooo gentle with everything so that there were no spills.
The food itself, was ok. As a New Yorker living here a few years I was really excited from the reviews, but the flavors were off.
The sesame chicken was more sweet like honey with no sesame to be found. Chicken was very juicy though. Same for the general, I’m used to a dark soy based spicy sauce and it was again sweet and slightly more savory. Still very juicy though.
The pork lo mein was yummy but wished there was more veggies.
That rice is NOT fried rice. That is white rice that someone sprinkled some soy sauce on ever so gently and then mixed. Bland and no veggies.
The marinated wings were good too, but they are pan fried not deep fried so they are not crispy, just an FYI
All in all I enjoyed my food though it wasn’t was I expected
I love this restaurant and the Really Nice People that work there. I have not been to a restaurant or ate out for 30 years. My uncle told me about it over 10 years ago and I tried it, the best ever, family ran and owned. I remember her kids eating and doing homework very young now daughter is in college. I have picked up to go sometimes 2x in month. Drove 30± miles round trip. Going today B-Day dinner try once and you are a forever customer. ❤️ Chloe Segura

Get enough to last days
Food is amazing, service was great, and the value is there. We just moved to Denver and have been looking for a local spot to get some classic Chinese food and we found it. There is the bonus of the parking due to the location. We will be back!
A great Chinese place! The aroma outside is what drew me in. Very good Kung Pow Shrimp. HUGE PORTIONS at an exceptional value, kind staff also. Will def be back. 😁
Yum yum yum!! To go modern Chinese pick up joint with tons of lunch specials!! My meal was absolutely huge and they gave me two fortune cookies 🥠 + loads of sauces!! Super affordable and will be back!
