Exactly what we needed!! 2020 has been just about the weirdest year so far but our family night out to Deangelo’s took us back to the better times of a distant 2019! Conveniently located just off the Nickel Plate, it was a perfect pit stop on our family ride! 6 miles north of Peru, we rode up with our 4 and 2 year old for pizza and ice cream! The staff was wonderful and friendly and just about everything you expect of Hoosier hospitality! Our 4 year old dropped his ice cream cone (cause he’s... 4 🤣) and they immediately replaced it for him! The pizza was fantastic! Freshly made dough and homemade sauce made it one of the best (if not the best) pies in the area! Our kids devoured it!! Such a fun night! A much needed reprieve and we can’t wait to do it again next week!
