We recently had a private painting event at Uptown Art for our church group's "Girl's Night Out" - it was a fantastic experience. Julie, the owner, was delightful to work with to set up and plan the event. Bianca, our painting teacher was fun, related to everyone in our group and was great at breaking down the process so everyone could enjoy painting. The studio is clean, bright and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about our time here and would gladly return for future events!
Highly recommend Uptown Art - Westwood. Fabulous staff. We had a group of 14 ladies and it couldn't have been a better night out. Instructors were amazing - extremely patient and funny! We enjoyed every minute and can't wait to get back. Thanks for everything!

I came here for my birthday and the instructor was very nice and helpful. The paintings came out beautifully (the picture is mine and my sibling’s final pieces). I also really like the paintings they have available for purchase in the front and back of the store. I would come back here

I attended my first paint & sip class on Saturday at Uptown Art in Denville and had a truly awesome experience! The painting was selected by a friend of mine and designed by one of the staff. I loved the design, it was simple and beautiful with an excellent color palette. Our instructor Shannon was fantastic, she made everyone feel at ease no matter their experience/talent level. The music was really fun too! It was a fun time all around, I am definitely hooked!!!
The Paint and Sip experience was great! It was a nice environment, nice people that were ready and willing to assist the group at all times, and an overall fun time! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I was walking out, I felt welcomed and that the passion that the instructors had covered the entire place. The group that I was with and myself, all had an amazing experience. Thank you for such a fun night of painting and socializing. :-)
Uptown Art: Denville is awesome! I've already been there twice this past month. The teaching staff is great (and incredibly art-educated...especially Amanda). I enjoy the atmosphere there and would recommend it to anyone...seriously, elementary school students or grandparents and all those in between. Great for moms and dads or those out on first dates! Don't forget to bring your own and they'll provide everything else: canvases, brushes, aprons, music, and awesome instructions!
What a great place for lots of fun & laughs. We have done two paintings & just signed up to do another one. I am amazed at how well my paintings turn out considering that I’m artistically challenged! The instructor was great & gave us easy to follow directions. We highly recommend Uptown Art for a fun, satisfying art experience!
