This place came highly recommend to me for a healthy option for lunch or beverages. Feeling a little under the weather. I went in and expressed this to the kind young women behind the counter. She showed me my options and what I could add to make my juice that much healthier. I made my choice and was out of there in less then 5 minutes. I’m not much of a juice person but this is amazing! I highly recommend this juice bar for sure! Kind, helpful staff, funky and fun atmosphere, and top notch food/beverages!
I found this beautiful place today with a very special person and enjoyed a smoothie that was so enriched in flavor. The ingredients were and are perfect for a gluten free diet. Organic even! Real raw foods! Vegan! A place of sweetness! Thank you to the owner for such a enjoyable experience, friendly and inviting. A must, in Dover NH, on 6 Third Street.

Roots Juice Bar was recommended to me by the staff at The Metrospa, and it did NOT disappoint! I splurged and tried two things on my 1st visit. The Blueberry Muffin Smoothie was a sweet and delicious indulgence, however it was the breakfast bowl that really wowed me. I tried the Berry-Mint Breakfast Bowl with sweetened quinoa and was floored by how satisfying this was as a meal to start my day! I was pleasantly surprised at how perfectly the fresh mint leaves balanced out all the flavors, and I felt like a million bucks similar to how I feel after eating sushi for dinner. I Highly recommend trying this place out!
