Pizza was delicious. Sat next to the fireplace to eat on a cold night.
Can't say enough great things about this Pizza Hut I own a company and I take my crew here almost once a week for lunch. They always have the fireplace going if they don't then turn it on for you. Service is very fast the food's excellent the environments par none
Had my daughters birthday here post-covid. Management went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my little girls special day. Food was better than I remember it ever being here. Service is fast. This diamond in the rough is the perfect spot for small parties and get-togethers.
Update August/September 2023.... GOOD IS WAY BETTER... HAVENT SEEN THE BATHROOMS... JU DESERVE 4 STARS.... jir definitely making a come.back from our last go rounds.....
UPDATE 3/26/2022 : If jur bathroom looks this bad i cant imagine how jur cleaning ju hands to work.... absolutely appalling....

Edit: spoke with the manager. Literally the only person working at this location during the time of the incident. Was 100% able to still fulfil my order and did a great job. Also informed me that the minimal order for delivery is $10.99. I was told the minimal order was $14 by the call center. Unfortunately I can understand the need to outsource for help. Hopefully these issue will be resolved in the future and that help won't be be necessary.
The Pizza Hut in Eagle river is exactly what you might expect, overwhelmed. Anyone ordering from a pizza chain in a small town can expect the unexpected. It's a very difficult time to give an honest review, most businesses are struggling to employ enough people and those that are employed are often over worked.
With COVID-19 still prevalent, there's only so much I can say. The decision for Pizza Hut to outsource their incoming calls to a call center over seas is abysmal. It is nearly impossible to contact anyone at the eagle River location by phone. And because of this they lost my business on one order over a disagreement with an employee of a call center and 2$ difference in minimal delivery expense. I'm not going to order more food than I need. I have had the exact same order delivered to me before without issue.
There is plenty of competition to get great food from with none of the aforementioned issues.
I would gladly order from Pizza Hut again. Only when I am capable of contacting the store and it's employee's directly. That is a simple service that should be paramount in their industry.

consistently good food delivered quickly. the driver on this order walked up my road when the snow was too deep for his car. he deserves employee of the month. everyone involved was friendly and professional.
The pizza was well made with great ingredients and flavor. Pasta was very good as was the super hot Buffalo wings. Order was done quickly and staff were friendly and efficient.
This place has amazing pizza. Although even the large pizzas are small, how good they are makes up for it! They have delicious complimentary hershey cookie pies if they mess up on order. They are thoughtful and the food is great!!! Pickup and delivery is available, and the building has a great atmosphere!
Yes, yes, yes. Yes the restaurant has seen its better days, but pizza quality is classic Pizza Hut. If you enjoy Pan Pizza, fresh & hot, no matter when it's served, there's no better than ER Pizza Hut. Our server Mike went out of his way to give my new bride a super experience. Don't let lower reviews deter you.
