I love this little place -- a lifelong San Diegan brought me there last week, and I shared it with a great friend and his wife -- today.
It it family-owned and authentic -- even the fourth grader does his part, with heart. The portions are generous and the food is delicious -- twice I've taken food home, for another day.
I intend to come again, and bring more good friends with me.
The best place in town. Food is so great and fresh. The owner is amazing person. This is the only place I come and eat Mexican food great place and super clean.
Great value on tacos. Very good too. No problem getting in and out. I will visit this location again.
Decent prices, clean dining area, a small outside seating area (one table). Carnitas tacos (regular or street size) and carne asada burritos are very good. It connects with Kelly's Pub next door. Specials are $1.00 fish taco Tuesdays and $1.00 street tacos on Monday and Wednesday. Fast, efficient service. EBT welcome.
I am an avid taco shop explorer! I am in love with Centina's food and the owners. They are a part of the neighborhood & they make sure you feel like their neighbor. The tomatillo salsa verde is the best I have ever had! I have even ordered a soup size container to go in order to use in my homemade enchiladas. Everything is fresh made daily. If I could give 10 ☆'s I would!
We love this place. Jose is a sweet guy and the food here is amazing! stop by and get some amazing food, try the bacon cheese burger, best around!!
