This place is like my home away from home. Every single one of these employees are awesome! It's a comfortable, yet energetic atmosphere. Sam (the owner) is just remarkable. They always make sure to make sure you have the greatest Hookah experience possible. They have something for everyone! They have a genuine Middle Eastern feel and the hookah is top of the line. I come here at least a few times a week. It is different from other lounges because they have a HUGE variety of shisha, hoses, hookah, and music. The employees are attentive and are always willing to help with anything you might need. If you haven't been here yet, you are missing out! I love this place.
This is seriously one of my favorite places to hang out in Eugene. Daycia and josh are super friendly and do a great job running the place. They pick their staff accordingly so I never have trouble. I read some reviews on here and I think to myself, "are we talking about the same place?" Because I never have a problem here. Disregard any negative comments and listen to me real close, people; mirage is top of the line customer service and hookah. Plenty of shisha flavors to choose from, great music, and during football season you better believe the Duck game is on the tv and we have some serious fun here. Been coming here for years and there's clearly a reason. Newcomer to hookah? They will make you feel right at home, I mean it.
Atmosphere is exactly what you want at a modern lounge aimed at the young adult; awesome lights and the music/flavor selection is always great. Service is always timely and done with a genuine smile. Would highly recommend to anyone who is into social smoking.
