This is really the only fine dining experience in Evansville with a fusion flare. We like fine dining at numerous large cities across the country and Madeleines can hold their own with some of the best. We have seen some of the few low reviews and perhaps everyone can have an off night. We have had two great experiences. Last night we had a party of 15 and the service was great. The food was excellent and everyone without exception was impressed. Cook knew the difference between medium and medium rare. Appetizers were unique and delicious. Deserts great. Sides were loved by all. Adult beverage selection is excellent. If your idea of fine dining is at a chain restaurant then you probably won't appreciate this type of dining experience. This is not a place you go where tables are turned over everything 30-45 minutes. You dine, talk, and experience the atmosphere. It is an event, not just a meal.

If you are looking for outstanding, unique local cuisine, and the best beverage selections around. Plan an evening here. This place from floor to kitchen is done right it's an elegant but relaxed atmosphere and the menu selection will not disappoint. Truly a dining experience. The patio is simply amazing it sits in a tranquil rainforest type atmosphere. It's a must visit.

The best dining experience in Evansville! It was the perfect evening on the patio, from cocktails to dessert it was a WOW experience. We shared Maryland Crab Cakes and Asian Dumplings with Sweet Chili Sauce for appetizers. Madeline's Chopped Salad was fresh and crisp and the perfect temperature, I do not like a salad that is ICE cold from sitting in a cooler all day! The Pan Roasted Steelhead Trout and Saigon Chicken couldn't have been prepared any better, appealing and mouthwatering! Ohhhhhh and dessert, Pumpkin Bread Pudding and Bourbon Glazed Creme Brulee.....mmmmm good! We cant wait to go back! Service was exceptional!
