Wasn't too busy around lunchtime, we were seated immediately. The table was clean, the chicken pho had a lot of chicken with a light and flavorful broth, and I had my first vermicelli B1. Quite tasty!
I marked it as 4/5 stars because after our initial order, there was no check in to see if we needed more drinks or if everything was to our liking. Not a major minus, but kept it from being 5/5 in my opinion.
Exactly Pho (noodles soup) was good 👍 Tasty! But service and atmosphere inside of cafe - honestly, wish better to change. It’s cafe not for enjoy your time there, only for have good meal and leave. Price average, 12$ for portion.
Pho Asia is great for pho soup, the best sop lavor not too sweet, and the spring rolls are nice as well! The prices are good too!
Update: Pho Asia is still the best pho place almost anywhere in the greater Seattle area! The soup stock is very tasty, full of flavor, and not sweet at all. We usually dip the meat pieces in a small dish of shiracha and hoisin sauce mixed up, and eat with the noodles, so as to not change the broth. But then halfway through, maybe add some chili sauce to the broth (either fresh one or chili oil mix) change the flavor. BTW, the fresh chili sauce is the absolute best to add to the cold vermicelli noodle
bowls! Supra-delicioso! (。•̀ᴗ-)و ̑̑✧
Guys this place is tastyyyyyy! I got #14 basically has everything but meatballs. The broth is nice and savory but not over the top or flat. The inside is very inviting and light. I rarely finish a bowl and this place had me wanting more 🤤🤤🤤
I’ve been coming here for over a decade and I always get the phố bồ viên and che ba mau! The phố always tastes amazing with a really good price too! Highly recommend for any meal. Everyone is also super friendly and always makes every guest feel welcome.
