Best Baskin Robbins in the area! 2 years ago had a horrible experience at the Marysville location, last year had a good experience at the Colby location, but this year had an amazing experience at this location on Everett Mall Way!
I ordered a full sheet Oreo Ice Cream Cake and asked for "Happy Birthday" to be written in Fudge (which every CA location was able to do for me in the past but neither of the previously mentioned WA ones had been able to do). Not only were they able to write it in fudge, but they wrote it on a piece of white chocolate as a banner and didn't charge me extra!
The cake had more whipped cream than I've seen before and inside the cake had the perfect ratio of cake and ice cream. The cake itself wasn't old and stale either (once we got home and dug into it)
The employee at the store was wonderful when we arrived; we even purchased a scoop of ice cream and she was patient and kind. Out of every Baskin Robbins experience over the last 20 years in 2 states, this was the best experience I've had. We will be coming back definitely!
This is my favorite Baskin-Robbins in Everett Washington the lady that owns the store I believe owns a store is very polite very customer orientated the store is very clean especially compared to the other Baskin-Robbins that will go and nameless and very good customer service the young lady that helped me was very ask me questions very polite and it mattered to her what the customer wanted my granddaughter and I went in there for her 6th birthday and it was a great experience I recommend the store to anybody and everybody
What nice people in today's chaotic world. Bad experience at another store nearby and was feeling like I needed 🍦. But I got so much more. A really friendly lady who took the time to help me make the selections that made my day a little better. The ice cream was as velvety and taste as I remembered. The prices for such gourmet ice cream was very reasonable so I took a pint home to my spouse. Maybe an ice cream cake for Thanksgiving....hmm.
Awesome customer service, very professional, friendly....this is my 2nd time there very clean I love it!!

The lady who served us (around her 60's) was SUPER nice! My kids absolutely loved the ice cream here and it made them happy. I totally recommend this place. I would definitely come back here.
Highly recommend this shop! Had to have a cake quickly prepared and ready to deliver to my customer after another bakery couldn't fulfill the order, and I'm glad I did. Although it was on short notice Kelli prepared a beautiful cake and my customer couldn't have been happier. Will definitely be back here in the future :)
I hope I am spelling her name correctly., but Cindy is the best. She makes the impossible seem possible. She will make you feel welcomed and our cake for our son came out AWESOME! I greatly appreciate you and the hard work and love you put into making our cake.
