Been away from Everett for 25 years and remembered the dive bar and heard of the change in ownership. ..tried and will be back..excellent food and service. .nice job Sasso.

Pub Food=Comfort Food=Good Food.. Ate here with my sexy but untouchable dinning chum. Well, we're related and this isn't Alabama. Besides, I think I've still got that marriage thing going on. Somewhere. I picked this place verses some fancy Gastro schmastro pub cause I wanted COMFORT food. And you know what? This place did the trick. The cheese pizza was darn good, with a thin style crust very reminiscent of NY. That's not to say it's in the same league but for this side of CT, not bad at all. Crispy, cheesy, with a sauce that knew it's place. The Spicy T-Rex wings were fantastic, all homemade sauces here folks not stuff from a bottle. They were jumbo sized, flavorful, and crunchy crispy. Dipping them in the ranch dressing just would not have been right.
Now the menu might suggest an Italian eatery, but the sign indicates, Bar and Grill. Why mention that? Well, the eggplant parm was not the greatest in the world. Nothing horrible, but both of us agreed that the sauce (different from the pizza) was nothing outstanding. She knows her food as good as anybody I've ever been with, even though she's picky and can't keep up portion-wise. The eggplant was a bit too thin for me and as a result, lost it texture and flavor in the cooking. The pasta was just a tad too overcooked for my liking but the chic I was with dug that part.
The burger, ah the burger. Found towards the end of a very long menu, so I really didn't know what to expect, was comforting and satisfying. The patty was preformed, might have been a gourmet frozen version but was cooked to perfection. The cheese was melted with determination with three slices of crispy bacon housed in a bakery fresh brioche bun. What more can you ask for? The rings, eh, probably frozen and not worth mentioning.
The server was spot on, quick, attentive, friendly and not bad on the eyes; at least my eyes. The Sum of it all? I WOULD, go back for the pizza, + I WILL, go back for the wings (they have their own menu, that should tell you something). + I'd get a burger again as long as I'm there. - And as for pasta dishes, eh, I'd skip the marinara and go for some mac and cheese or alfredo. =, Eight/10, mostly good.

Just like 'Nana' made it. It is small, in Everett Square and the least likely place you would expect to find such a hidden jewel or diamond in the rough. Don't believe everything you read. Just RUN to the 8/10 Grille. The Pizza's are crispy and amazing and every dish is made the way your grandmother put it in front of you. Trust your instincts and just go and then you will write your own review. No kidding. Go NOW!

I have ever tasted, NEVER FATTY , always melts in your mouth!!!! Try there Rueben, yummy.

Had pepperoni pizza for the first time delivered through uber. So thin and good. Must be that much better eating it at the restaurant fresh out of the oven. Also ordered their chicken picata through uber. Had it the next day re heated at work it was very good.

Love this place!! Best haddock on Fridays, cooked however you like. Billy is at the bar and gives excellent service with a smile. They have great pizza, Italian food, burgers and steak tips etc .. fun appetizers too. Prices for food and drinks, all very reasonable.
