This restaurant was referred to me from a friend regarding the Lenten Friday fish fry. We went on a Friday. I must say the fish was delicious! I had the fried catfish which comes with tater tots which were actually very good. Sad that it was only 1 piece though. Normally I don't eat fried catfish but that was the only catfish preparation. My friend had the seafood platter or combo which she also enjoyed. We had Funky Monkey drinks which were very good. The ambience isn't what I expected given the name, The Red Palm. And the tables are rickety. I guess due to the uneven flooring. They have a huge bar which is a plus for after work drinks. I will visit again.

I came out with a friend for my birthday, the atmosphere is great! Dan was our bartender and fixed awesome drinks for us tonight! The food was excellent; the owner came out and chatted with us & really welcomed us to his establisment. I will definitely be back again!

I went there for an event so I can not rate the restaurant part. The room was nice not very spacious. There were at least 8 tables and 30 people and some walk space. The food was good their chicken was cooked nicely. The bathroom needs a little work and the entrance restaraunt smelled of bleach. Overall a nice place to hold a small event or gathering.
