The Reuben is to die for here.
We went here for breakfast/lunch while vacationing in Falmouth. Mine (breakfast with eggs, toast, bacon, potatoes, and pancakes) was alright. My girlfriend had the fish sandwich and fries and said that was very good. Service was decent and food was ready quickly (it wasn't very busy, but still). I'd say 2.8/5 stars all around.
If you like diner food this is a great diner. Good service good food.
Good, filling food with little waiting and good prices. Get there early though, or there will be a wait.
Stayed in Cape Cod for the first time and this amazing diner was within walking distance from our hotel. The food and atmosphere was wonderful and the service was more than you could ask for. I would highly recommend stopping here anytime you are in the area or even coming in out of town just to get some good food.
Grilled bagel! Oh wow! Loved the flavor and overall look. Music was a bit loud, and seats in some booths needed some TLC, but the food was amazing.
Great place for breakfast, sorry haven't had lunch there. Good quick service and food portions. Even watch them set up for a couple of large parties (10+).

What a rare gem on the Cape! Betsy's was an absolutely delicious spot to have our breakfast in an old time diner! Jukeboxes at the tables and spinning stools at the counter complete the ambiance. There are some modern options like gluten free pancakes and waffles. They even have a dedicated, full sized waffle maker!
The lemon ricotta and blueberry pancakes were amazing! We came back for a second time the next day because we loved it so much. Great service and fun vibe!!
Betsy’s diner has a warm and welcoming family atmosphere. The waitstaff was great fun on top of providing great service and Man alive! That’s some yummy corned beef hash! We will definitely be returning
It is a VERY cute, old-fashioned diner with amazing food that is not overpriced. The wait staff is incredible. Very attentive and knowledgeable. This is on our MUST list every time we visit Falmouth MA.
Just a good old fashioned diner with delicious food. Came for breakfast on a Sunday and had to wait about 20 minutes for a table but it was definitely worth it. I got the biscuit and sausage gravy that was on special. Large portions, hot coffee, everyone at the table demolished their meal, and the server was friendly. Can’t beat that.
Living in Falmouth, I've surprisingly never had the chance this diner before. It sticks out like a sore thumb in a good way; it has a proper retro, decorative American vibe. The prices are basically the same compared to other breakfast diners in the area. There was only one waitress, and she was pretty patient with costumers. The food was a bit disappointing. I decided to do a takeout, which was my first mistake. It didn’t take very long, and I walked for a little bit to sit in the park outside. I ordered a grilled corn muffin but they gave me a blueberry. It was still delicious; there was a good butter ratio and it was super fluffy but I wish it had been toasted more. I also ordered a veggie omelet with home fries. The portion was super big; Betsy's really stays true to their "Eat Heavy" motto! I should've asked for more ketchups, because the three packets was definitely not enough to mask how dry and stale the potatoes were. The omelet was also unpleasant and flavorless. Eggs are a pain to cook perfectly, and these came out super thin and dry. I could barely taste any cheese, and there was a lot of liquid coming from the vegetables, which made the texture almost rubbery. I'm sure that my experience would've been better if I had just eaten it fresh in the restaurant instead. No hate to the cooks, I would still come back to eat inside if I had the chance!
EDIT: I returned I was right- the dine-in experience was good!
It was pretty busy around noontime when I joined a big party of friends. Service was quick, and everything was delicious! I had a giant platter of fruit; the assortment was perfectly ripe and balanced. I also ordered a grilled corn muffin which took a bit longer than the rest of the food. Once it came out, it was literally glistening in the sunlight. I went home, happy, with lots of leftovers. Thanks Betsy’s!
Being one of our favorite breakfast stops we were saddened by their recent closing.
Glad to hear they were bought up and reopened. We were apprehensive about the new ownership.
Pleasantly surprised though that it is still a favorite.
The menu has changed a bit. I think the prices are a bit higher but the portions are very large. They gave us some extra bread. They even take credit cards now. The table juke boxes are gone but the rest is the same. We will be returning many more times.
