We are new to the area. Bernie's Foreside has the best breakfast! what a great find. The food & service is wonderful & the bagels are the closest you will find to a NY/NJ bagel.
Good food, great staff! Feel lucky when we don’t have to wait for a table. We eat here a lot!
This isn't a "date night" restaraunt per say, it's the kind of place to have great fries, a cheap entree, and have a conversation with one of the great staff. If you live in Falmouth, it's the kind of place where you will run into someone. The 14$ twin lobsters are awesome and are also a great deal. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for cheap comfort food
Fills the need in Falmouth. I've been to Bernie's Foreside many times and the food and service are typically very good. You can't judge any restaurant based on one or two bad experiences. It seems to be a popular place. The parking lot is always full. Love that I no longer need to drive into Portland for breakfast. The homemade hash was great - highly reccommend!
Had the fried clam plate, the fries were fresh and delicious, can't stand frozen coated like many of the chains use. Ok for the rest of the plate, the onion rings were great, you could tell they were fresh made as some of them were stuck together just like I love them and the clams? Small and sweet, just the way I love them.
Local Flavor. Bernie's Foreside is a great addition to the local scene in Falmouth. I frequently eat breakfast and lunch at Bernie's and have not been disappointed. The wait staff is cheerful and friendly. Check out the daily specials, but the menu items are consistently good. If you order a burrito for lunch; bring a healthy appetite (you'll probably be taking some home!). I understand there is usually a lobster special on Thursday through Saturday night. Twin lobsters for $14.99. I will give it try!
Hot bar tender. The bar tender is really cute and the Monday pizza deal buy one get one is fantastic.
Great neighborhood breakfast & lunch spot. Choice of counter, table or booth seating. Very popular (read busy) on weekends. Clean, fast, friendly. Owner almost always present. Highly recommended for lighter fare.
What an outstanding local restaurant! Highly recommend the delicious Cape cod wrap, which has chicken salad cranberries and cashews in it in a whole meal bread wrap. Judy the waitress gave suggestions of what to order, And that the Cape Cod chicken wrap what's the best choice. She was right! She was really helpful, friendly and made us feel very well welcome even though it was our first visit I would definitely go back to this local hometown restaurant. My friend had the tuna salad sandwich on whole grain And she said that was great too.
Wonderful breakfast, pretty crowded but quick and great service..a lot of food!!
Fairly busy when I arrived. Waited 15 mins before I was greeted and seated. But once I ordered, the food came quickly. The waitress was very nice and the food was very good. I can see why its such a popular spot. I will definetly be back.

Friendly, Fast and accommodating service. My order wasn't correct, but with ease they offered fix my order and comp my food. Totally, A great place, from the phone service to customer satisfaction to the pleasant environment. Food was delicious, juicy and the homemade fries was to die for... Thanks for such a great lunch...💙
Food was great I had the bennies hollandaise sauce was to die for hubby had the burrito he said it was very good.
Great Breakfast, check on your Google machine to see how busy they are before you go. Cuz their can get real busy
