I have always loved this store but every month it keeps getting better and better. On Monday I couldn't get my Clicklist order because of an unexpected family health matter that had us at the hospital for most of the day. The people at Kroger said "You just call us when you're ready." Today when I showed up (finally!!) they were so thoughtful to ask how everything was!! Thankfully all is better and now we have fresh groceries to boot. You all do a great job and I am so thankful for how professional and thoughtful you are!! Plus you have Starbucks. Love this store!!!

Just tried ClickList for the first time. Kai handled my order with professional warmth. She went over everything, offered substitutions, and loaded the groceries. This is amazing. I am grateful for this service. We ordered about $200 of groceries and the list was perfectly fulfilled, each item the flavor and number we requested. I'm beyond pleased. Sometimes you want to walk in and look around. Sometimes you're just in a hurry and you want exactly what you want. I see half my trips being ClickList trips in the future, even though I had to drive past another Kroger to get to this one. Kudos.

The cashiers and self checkout employees are INCREDIBLE! They are ALWAYS welcoming and helpful. The young gentleman working the self checkout area today 3/20/22 was so kind and attentive to this woman who was having an issue with the self checkout machine and helped solve the problem. He was very respectful to me as I was passing by and wished he would have a good day! So thankful for all the employees here at Kroger!
