Huge portions, friendly staff and everything was fast. The parking lot is small but you can park next door at White Castle lol
Yesterday I had to take the Cadillac for its regular maintenance check at suburban buick. I asked my service tech, whether or not Sams was open. It was 730am, Sams is open. I walked down, friendly greeting at the door. The food was delicious. My server Angie was the best, and I knew the cook. Loved it!
Great Breakfast. I usually hit the Ferndale Grill for breakfast, my favorite dish is the "Healthy Choice Omlette", the staff is very friendly, the food is good, and the prices are reasonable.
It gets a little crowded but I can wait.
Small diner feel, clean, friendly service, with good food. Especially the breakfast! Be warned the menu is HUGE,they just about have a version of everything from Gyros, burgers, wraps, steak, salmon, etc. *Note* Limited parking.

I go to this restaurant a lot_ it is my favorite place. The owner & staff are genuinely nice. The food is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is clean with a home style feel. I've heard people complain about their prices, but to me, the experience & quality of food is well worth it. The only item that disappointed me once was the Salmon, there wasn't much flavor but everything else is great. The salads are my favorite and are very large in size. A clean Environment too!
I ate turkey patties, scrambled eggs and pancakes. The food came out quick & hot and was delicious. The staff was friendly. The dining area and bathroom were clean.
My husband and I come here for the all you can eat Walleye & Chips dinner. It’s really awesome! Great little neighborhood diner with friendly service. Check it out!!
I've been going here since I was a child. Much has changed & yet is exactly the same. It used to be a non-descript diner with good food but not much for ambiance; that has changed. The inside is beautiful and welcoming & they now have outdoor seating, something that wasn't offered when I frequented 20+ years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to see the good is still excellent quality and the prices are reasonable. It was quite busy but we were waited on in a timely manner. My only real criticism would be that the floors need better cleaning, especially those in the bathroom. Quite slippery. But otherwise everything was excellent and I would definitely return!
Dined in for breakfast, the place is always packed, but the service here is always good. Enjoyed the pancakes, prices are decent, keeps me coming back!
