Nice place with delicious meat! Excellent place with a west decoration and comfortable tables. Free bread with cinnamon butter and peanuts during all lunchtime or dinner. Really well cooked meat where you can see all the different types of meat while you entrance in the restaurant. For the kids, the menu is nice, and they can enjoy playing with the tablet with different games.

Normally this chain is an absolute NO! My grand-daughter asked to go for her birthday. I was skeptical because I’ve never had a great time at a Texas Roadhouse! The Carmel location definitely changed my mind! Great Service!!!! Overall…. Our party of 11 had a good time! The service was great! We have a rowdy and demanding crew so we are not for the faint at heart! Our server Dana was ON IT!!! She was friendly and professional and made the loudest Yeee-Haw birthday song that embarrassed my 12 yr old granddaughter! It was awesome! There was a faux pas with a couple meals and management was immediate with getting things remade! They did an amazing job in making us feel welcomed and appreciated!! I’d give this place a 5 star if not for the severely overcooked steak bites for the kids! The kitchen should have caught that. We do understand that with so many meals mistakes happen. The fact that management handled things so well made all the difference!
