If you're a chocoholic and you haven't been here yet, GO!! What an incredible variety of single-source chocolates from around the world! The owner strikes me as an artist who really knows the nuances of every variety they offer. And, though their unique bars and drinks aren't cheap, just trying a couple will be worth your time!
Phenomenal.Their diverse menu is exquisite. Too many delightful items to name. A chocolate for every occasion. Loved the French Canadian drink. The decor, the aroma, and the service add to their charm. I dare you to locate a finer choco stop in Colorado.
“Chocolate doesn’t get any better than this. Absolutely the best chocolate I’ve ever had” - my mom. I sent her a 6 pack of assorted truffles for her birthday and she LOVED them. They’re a perfect gift and shipping is very quick. So far they’ve had ever order packaged and delivered to USPS same day. Great chocolate and excellent customer service. It’s my go to gift for everyone.
The chocolate at Nuance is amazing! My personal favorite is the toffee truffle. The owner is a really nice guy who obviously takes pride in what he does and care about his customers. This is a great place to stop in on date night for a nice treat - especially when they are offering their chocolate flights. It's also a fun and unique place to bring your out of town visitors.
Yum fun. I got a flight of bars for Christmas…and I’ve been back thrice since to get chocolate gifts for friends. A local, consumable treat is the perfect gift, but with Nuance, you’re also gifting tasty travel.
Its good to know everything about the place you love, and staff will make sure you understand how they will make everything there. Staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. My experience was great. 10/10 for the taste of chocolates and 10/10 for the store experience. I recommend to check out this place if you visit Fort Collins.
This is a very unique chocolate shop. Some have said it's spendy. It's really not. We had a drinking chocolate even though it was not cold. I had to try it. Very smooth. Was a little bitter when I first tried it. I should have stirred it. It would have been perfect with just a dollop of whip cream on it. We had a tasting flight. This was not what I expected. It was truly educational. It is simple, chocolate direct from cocoa bean and sugar. The beans come from different areas. I posted a picture of one of the tasting menus. Each one absolutely tasted unique. I am excited to drive back and try another one. The tasting flight is $8 for 2 people. If you only want one person the price gets cut in half. I have not tried my truffle yet. I'm saving it for tonight. BTW ALL of the chocolate here is made in their own factory. From cocoa bean to the end product. Think Willy Wonka on a real life level.
My ladies loved the Sip & Smell experience! I had no idea all that goes into make chocolate & the different kinds. We had a fun time spent together as staff, so worth the time and price!
