Love this place. This is the first place we stop when we visit Ft. Collins. Bartender Octavio was very good and I recommend him. We had some of the best sazaracs in Colorado. The fried pickles were sliced thin and we enjoyed them. We have been here several times and recommend stopping by and enjoying their very long list of bourbons.
Not only did I have the best whiskey sour of my life, they have a single barrel batch of Law's Whiskey House whiskey and it was fantastic. It was beautiful and had the best selection of whiskey I've seen in Colorado. Will definitely come back when I am in town again.
Great sushi, location right under the bridge, easy access, great place to grab a meal and a drink after a long day. I had sushi and plumb wine. We had a blast, met 3 new folks at the bar, don't recall laughing this hard for a long time!!! Loved the food and the service.
This place is an absolute gem! I happened to meet one of the bartenders outside on my way in and he welcomed me inside and got me seated. I believe Sam was the bartender I had and he was extremely knowledgeable about the whiskey they had and how they were made. I told him what I liked and was searching for and he was quick to find some options. He ended up finding a whiskey that happened to be the best darn whiskey I've ever had and I highly recommend it if you're there! Even though the place was completely packed, I never once felt like I was waiting on service or was rushed. Amazing group of staff and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend checking this place out and I will be back here again very soon!
All the staff are super knowledgeable about whiskey. Biggest selection of whiskey and scotch in the region. They are so nice and helpful and will help direct any palate. Chill atmosphere and Chase is super friendly and has amazing customer service. Accessible to both novice and experienced whiskey/scotch connoisseurs.
Whoever the bartender was on Sunday night, he deserves a raise. He had fantastic knowledge of what seemed like every bottle on the shelves. My girlfriend and I told him what we both like and he created two different cocktails that knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend this place!
This is my favorite spot in Fort Collins. Great atmosphere and amazing staff! Malik is the best! He knows his stuff and never fails when I ask for a recommendation. My whole group of friends have turned this place into "our spot". Highly recommend!
This place was so much fun! Wonderful wine options for me and even better scotch options for my fiancé. Service was superior and friendly. Clean space and fun vibe. Would definitely recommend and go back again!!
