Quick, fast and easy. Always good service and then food is always good. There are some options that aren't on the current menu but are on the online menu, so make sure to ask what other signature burgers they have.

Solid burgers. Great fries. Onion straws to rival the best. But they got rid of their horseradish-based petal sauce, which was the absolute best, so unfortunately they don't get the full five stars. The burger and onion straws felt naked without the petal sauce, and I couldn't shake that gnawing sense of disappointment.
Never tried Smashburger? Their Classic Smash burger is worth a try. Get it with smash-fries; these options were quite good. The chocolate shake is about average but good nonetheless. Overall, their burgers seem to have better quality and flavor than Five Guys. You do get more food from Five Guys for about the same price paid.
Stay away from the chicken sandwiches; I ordered the Colorado chicken sandwich and my fillet was thinner than a pencil. I know the gimmick is to smash the patties but I didn't think they'd do it to chicken too. It made it tough, chewy, and flavorless.
