Overall, a great experience.
The place looked moderately busy, however service was quick and attentive. Our server, Tabitha (sorry if I might have mis-spelled your name) had the coolest hair, and the coolest personality. No one likes a robot, and she delivered -- a real human person just like me! I am also a customer service person in my job, and I recognize good service when I see it.
Food was quick to arrive, and spot-on. The Tres Leches pancakes were a new thing to me, and just... wow. I have no words to describe how good this was. It was a very different flavor, and it just worked.
Mom had the senior breakfast plate, and she was equally pleased. Perfectly over-medium eggs, and bacon that was cooked just right -- not super crisp, not underdone.

We brought in a rather large group and the staff provided amazing service very quickly! Our server was Tabitha and she was so friendly and attentive. The GM Carrie was also extremely helpful at getting our party in on short notice.
Went here on international pancake day around 8:30pm and it was packed. Waited a while to be seated since there was only one host, one server and half the restaurant open. But I was seriously blown away by the server Derek and the younger female host. Together they handled so many customers and every full table. The food was also so delicious! Thank you to the employees for making this ihop one of the best!
