These wings are delicious!! Crispy and juicy and delicious. The restaurant was super clean and comfortable with plenty of dining space. The only reason I'm not giving this a full 5 stars is because, one it appears they prioritize food delivery service orders rather than walk-ins and second the lemon pepper seasoning is not that good. Overall though I would still go back and recommend these wings.
This is in my opinion, the best place to get wings in the Fort Collins area. They have a great selection of sauces and you can ask for your wings to be cooked a bit more if that's what you like. Staff has always been friendly both in person and on the phone. I have yet to have a mistake on my to go order which to me is a testament to their staff and management.
We usually go to Wing Stop but decided to order Wing Shack for the Super Bowl, and are so glad we did! The employee who took our order and was patient, kind, and explained the special Super Bowl menu and the sauces very well. We think her name was Morgan (could be Logan/Jordan… couldn’t hear well over the phone). We told her we usually don’t get Wing Shack because the wings have always been dry but she recommended a new sauce which was much better. The staff in person were also great, our food was delicious and we are forever changed!! We are now team Wing Shack!
I love wing shack they have the best wings.I usually never have a complaint, but today i went for a curbside pickup and usually when I pay they hand me the kiosk to choose tip but the girl instead asked me if I wanted to do a tip and I said yes she asked if I would like to do 10% I said yes. I would like to think it was an honest mistake but she ended up choosing 15% tip.
The food is delicious & the service was outstanding! Would recommend & come back again. I got helped by Danner- he was very pleasant & helpful! 5/5 stars would recommend for anyone looking for great wings & great service!
