Wow! Wow! Wow! I visited this restaurant over a year ago and wasn't impressed. Based on the FB reviews and TripAdvisor Reviews I decided to give it another try!
I think the cruise folks have found this place for the good food and service. We started with the Lemon Chicken Soup! Yum, so Flavorful!
I opted for the Whole Fish "Branzinni" Marinated overnight and cooked to a crispy perfection, served with rice pilaf and an amazing house salad. The house salad had grape leaves stuffed with rice. These were flavorful and freshly made. The Fish was perhaps one of the best fish dishes I have ever had. I inquired about the chef "Phillipe" who must be classically trained in French Cooking as his fish was very reminiscent of fishes I have had in the south of France.
My friend had the Surf and Turf, three oversized Lamb Chops pared with three jumbo shrimp. Also served with rice pilaf and a small greek salad. Both the Lamb and Shrimp were cooked to perfection.
The restaurant at one point was completely filled with several groups waiting! Our waiter Jim was very attentive. I can recommend Mini Pita without reservation!

I had an outstanding experience at Mini Pita thanks to Shaina's exceptional service. It's been a while since I've encountered such a dedicated waiter. Despite us being a big group, Shaina demonstrated remarkable patience in taking our orders and ensuring accuracy. The manager was also incredibly friendly, adding to the positive atmosphere. The food was not only done correctly but also delicious. A delightful dining experience overall.
Love their food here. Authentic Mediterranean food. Try the chicken schwarma and ask for Jade to be your server. She makes the BEST red sangria I’ve ever had!
I've been to many Mediterranean restaurants across the US and this is by far one of thee best Mediterranean Restaurants to stop by! The Greek Salad with Gyro was what I got and it didn't disappoint! Don't believe me? Come try for yourselves! Betsi M was a fantastic server!

We were in a mood for some good Greek food for dinner and decided to google something near by come to find out this place was only 5 minutes away from our place and never even knew this place was here. What a hidden GEM indeed small and cozy. Customer service was absolutely amazing!!! Our host was Shaiana what a beautiful personality and very attentive. Food was absolutely delicious and mouthwatering we was definitely in our glory. Glad we found this place we will absolutely be back over and over and again…

I cannot get over how AMAZING that blackened salmon on Greek salad is here. All ingredients are fresh and the fish was well prepared. Service has always been friendly and I am super grateful they have proven to be a trustworthy restaurant in the area with great food quality, value and friendly service. Thank you Shaina, you even remember my order..so impressive!

Atmosphere is actually only a 3 but I gave it 5 stars because the food and service deserved 6 stars. Try the homemade hot sauce! Wish my local Med place was half as good as Mini Pita.
One of the best shawarma I’ve had. Great flavors. Portions are big. Served with sauces and pita bread. Hot sauce flavor was different and new. There Pina colada was so good. The people who work there are one of the friendliest I’ve met. Highly recommend!

Nondescript and so very casual, tucked away in a shopping plaza off of Marina Mile / SR 84, this is one little place you’ll be so glad you found. Small and cozy with a few extra tables outside, the exceptional food—and the excellent service—you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Shaiana greeted us with a warm smile as we walked in and provided service worthy of a 5-star, upscale restaurant, with her true attention to detail and genuine interest in making sure everything was exceptional. The Mediterranean menu features typical items you’d expect including some Greek favorites and a nice selection of traditional desserts. They claim they have “the best hummus is South Florida,” and—they do! Even the Turkish coffee was over-the-top GREAT! The meat is Halal, they do serve beer and wine, along with a nice choice of nonalcoholic beverages. Lots of parking up front. Just FYI: they have a second location up in Pompano if that’s more convenient. Conclusion: A GREAT FIND that exceeds all expectations! *UPDATE: Came back again to enjoy the amazing food. Shaiana warmly greeted us and Sarah served us this time. Conclusion: Sarah is awesome too and the service is consistently top-notch, as is the food. Have you tried this place out yet? BTW: it’s (almost) never too late—they’re open until 2 AM!
Our waitress Shaina S went above and beyond to give us a great dining experience. She gave great recommendations and really took our preferences to consideration. The food is phenomenal- especially the hummus with added beef Kafka! We also had pita wraps, which were perfectly seasoned and great portion sizes. Definitely coming back here soon
This place serves the most amazing and savory falafel, and combination plates. Ask for Shaiana, and listen to her recommendations. She does not miss!
