We had a great time at Blue Jean Blues. We went a couple of times during our stay in fort Lauderdale. It is a blues place so the music was really soulful and the sound was great. It was loud, so hard to speak to each other but it was really good music. Unlike another place we went down by the beach that also has live music, but that place the patrons managed to be louder than the band so we did not find that enjoyable. However blue Jean blues is a smaller venue so it's more intimate, but still has room for dancing. The drinks were great, we went on Monday when the martinis were all half of and we also went on a Friday to their outdoor block party. Had a great time both times.
On Friday we both had hamburgers and they were the best hamburgers we could remember having in a very long time. I had the smokehouse burger and my partner had the Blue Jean Black and Blue. Absolutely amazing burgers and really great fries.
This place is really worth a visit.
Cool small place with good food and live bands that change. Came on a Monday night to watch a friend play drums and it was fun.
Ordered pretzels and they were yummy. So was the peppermint martini.
The whole place was managed by a set of identical blonde twins. We didn’t notice when we first got there and sat at the bar. We noticed after we had ordered our drinks and the other half came and asked us if we had been taken care of.
We will definitely be coming back to listen to more bands. Music wasn’t too loud and you could talk to others without having to scream at each other.
Very cool place! Very soulful atmosphere! The music is great! Don't believe the bad reviews! The waiters are polite and always on the alert! They try very hard, and they are highly respected that they can serve a lot of people quickly! We will definitely come to you again!

What an amazing night we had last night. I organized a work event here at Blue Jean Blues! As soon as I saw the line up for Tuesday nights with Valerie Tyson, I knew we had to have our event on a Tuesday night! She did not disappoint! We were on the dance floor grooving with her and her amazing band. We had a wonderful time! The food, drinks, and ambience was fantastic!!! We will definitely return!!
Absolutely love this place! You will always find amazing talent rolling through nightly with a variety of music genres and some of these folks will really floor you. The food is surprisingly awesome! Haven’t had something from here that I haven’t liked and I’ve tried the pizza, wings, quesadillas, chicken tenders, and a few other things (I’m a frequent flyer lol!). Drinks are great too and you can always find specials like Happy Hour or Martini Mondays. Check out the pear martini if you ever get a chance, my favorite. On cooler nights, seating can be offered outdoors. Such a great spot!!!
Family in town so we hung out after a long rainy day. Found this place in Google search & chose thinking was a chill jazz place. Was more blues style rock cover band. They weren't bad just not what we expected.
One sister had a burger which she said was good. Service was good, didn't wait long for a server to approach; check back on us. Seemed to have a strong local following which is always good. Everyone was friendly and having fun.
Would definitely visit again if in the area.

We were at beachfront hotel and got an uber there after a couple recommended it. We went on our last night in fort laurderdale. Shame we didn't find sooner. Well worth a visit there.

First and foremost, the service was impeccable. From the moment we walked in, We felt warmly welcomed by the attentive staff. The bartender, in particular, deserves special recognition. Not only did she cater to my preferences, but she also surprised me by effortlessly whipping up my favorite drink, the elusive Amaretto Colada. Trust me when I say, finding this cocktail can be a challenge, but she nailed it! The Amaretto Colada she prepared was beyond superb; a delightful fusion of flavors that danced on my palate.
Moreover, the bartender's friendly demeanor and genuine interest in making my experience exceptional added to the overall charm of the place. She even went the extra mile by sharing insightful recommendations on things to do in the area, ensuring that my visit extended beyond the confines of the bar.
Of course, the highlight of the evening was the live entertainment. The band's performance was simply outstanding. And when the saxophonist took the stage for an encore, it was a moment of pure magic. The way the sultry and melodious notes of the saxophone filled the room left everyone in awe. It was a mesmerizing experience that I won't soon forget.
We can't wait to return and indulge in more evenings filled with great music and even greater memories. If you're in the area, I highly recommend you pay a visit to Blue Jean Blues - you won't be disappointed.
Love the vibes. Band and artists are sociable. Enjoyed dancing though in a limited dance floor. Calamari was great.
