Airport was clean. A lot of food and drinks choices at the terminals. The bathrooms were clean. The TSA and emigration got us through relatively quick for the middle of the day. The G1 and G2 terminals were a little jammed at the end. The two flights boarded at one time and it was hard to tell one from the other. Overall not a bad airport at all.
Crowded facility at the hours I used it (noon to 3:30 pm). Very loud interior, making it hard to place a work call. Restrooms are easy to find but require maintenance (coat/backpack hooks missing). Expensive dining options.
On a positive note, uncommon service options are available such as the art gallery with gorgeous artwork by airport and airlines employees, free movie download station from the Fort Lauderdale Public Library and free breastfeeding pods (see enclosed pictures). This gave them an additional star on my review (originally at 3 stars).
Easy to find where you are going. Free internet. Employees are friendly enough. Everything seemed well laid out and well organized. Signs are everywhere to get you where you need to go. Outlets to charge your electronics.
Very nice airport! Very clean, but sometimes it can get very crowded. It’s better than MIA Airport, since it’s smaller. The lines also don’t take as long as the do in MIA. It’s a great airport! Though it doesn’t have many shops and stuff like that. It also doesn’t have many lounges, just 3 and that’s it. Overall great and clean airport, but smaller than others.

Super smooth experience getting through security and very quickly. Airport looks good and feels new. Not a ton of good food choices but for the right price, you can eat and drink yourself into a good nap on a plane.

Terminal 2 is clean, well sized and TSE uses the latest equipment for a fast inspection.
Plus they sell mini palm trees...
It's a little smaller than other airports with fewer shopping options that shutter earlier, are slow, below average quality, and high prices. The bathrooms were dirty and smelled terrible. Plus it was clear people had been smoking there. It's a little too crowded because all services are slammed.
Love this airport! It's small and easy to navigate. I flew home on a Friday evening and breezed through security in minutes. The bathrooms are clean and modern. There are nice dining options (Starbucks, 2 pizza, a sushi, burger/custard, and empanada restaurants) and gift options centrally located in the domestic terminal. Flights were timely. Baggage claim is easy.
Hint: it's faster to walk to the rental cars (take the walk bridge from the International flight building to the rental car building) than wait for the rental car shuttle and ride in heavy traffic in the opposite direction.
This airport is nice and user friendly. I wish signage was better to indicate which terminal and zone you are in for ride sharing/Uber. Easy to get in and out of the airport.
Nice and easy experience again flying out of Fort lauderdale Hollywood Airport. No traffic when arriving and drop off at departures easy and hassle free. Lots of Police and security so felt very safe and secure. Security checkpoint was efficient and quick. All facilities well maintained and kept clean with lots of food choices including a Steak & Shake. Look forward to when I have to use the airport again.
