Best food in ft myers. The homemade burger were amazing we had the 911 just enough spice. The cheesesteak tastes perfect and i'm from philly so I know. I usually order the shrimp blt which is always spectacular.
I rarely eat fries but I always do at fat Katz. They are the best.
The beer is always cold! Great selection and the atmosphere is like cheers

Loved the atmosphere. It's a bit hidden off the road but totally worth the time and the trip. Amazing my food. Love the shrimp BLT and the fries are so good!!!! Had the brisket and it was delicious. Very good place.
This is a great place! I was a little skeptical when I first arrived. I decided to push through, and I am glad I did. They make their own Brioche bread. The bread can make or break a good sandwich or burger and this place does not disappoint! The burger is a 3 meat mix and cooked to a perfect medium! I chose the 911 burger & my friend got the brisket sandwich.
This just hit the list of a must go when in the Fort Myers area. The beer selection is amazing as well. Very well stocked with great local, micro & imports.
Great Place!! Definitely coming back and I can’t wait. Food was so delicious and had tons of flavor. Our waitress was so kind and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Check this place out so you don’t miss out.
Honestly quite the best burgers we’ve ever had. We shared The Wine’Oh burger, The burger with peanut butter - which was surprisingly tasty - and The Reuben Sandwich which was to die for. My personal favorite. The meat from the burgers tasted so fresh and juicy. The fries had great seasoning to it and THE BEANS!!! so good!! You just need to try it for yourself. We came recommended by our Air BnB host and we left wowed. We just love it here!!
If you're even reading reviews for this place, just go there. The food is surprisingly delicious, especially for a sports bar.
I didn't try any of the beers, but they appear to have a lot of local brews on tap.
The seating is a little cramped, but that doesn't really matter when the food's as good as it is. Come eat, it's great.
I ordered a turkey 'club' sandwich with cranberry relish on it, and black beans and rice on the side. My girlfriend got a burger with peanut butter and caramelized onions and such, and it all was so shockingly good. Even her fries were perfectly cooked.
The beans and rice had small chunks of ham in it, and could honestly just be like a little meal of its own. Just talking about it makes me wish I was eating it again.
Seriously, just come try this food and you'll understand what I mean.
Small sports eatery with both indoor and outdoor seating. Inside seating is relatively limited, so that can be an issue during peak times. Food was tasty. Service was mixed. Our waitress may have been just having a bad day. Other staff were friendly and attentive.
This place is amazing. I have a new favorite restaurant. The white hot shrimp is to die for. I could take a bath in that white sauce. Burgers were all great. Service was very attentive. can’t wait to come back. Pretty sure the ranch is homemade and you need to dip the fries in it.
Great food with fast and friendly service; can’t go wrong with Fat Katz. I’d recommend the Burger Mia, it has sautéed spinach, mushrooms, onions, Swiss and fire mayo; it’s delicious. The White Hot Shrimp were different but tasted good. My fiancé enjoyed his pastrami rueben with collard greens; he stated they’re the best collards he’s had from a restaurant. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend.

I’m so sad I didn’t come here sooner and I already want to go back!!! We ordered the short rib quesadilla as a starter: the meat was so well seasoned, tender, juicy and there was plenty of it - a must try starter! Husband got bistro burger - delicious! More short rib on the burger and they do it right! They clearly know how to season their beef burgers!
I’m a huge Cuban sandwich fan; I get them all over America and this is one of the best!! Gordo Gato Cubano. Caribbean pork, ham, Swiss, pickles, and mustard on Cuban bread perfected.

Delicious fun spot for lunch. We came on a Saturday and split the chicken fingers with Nashville hot sauce. They were yummy!
Looks like they converted an old fast food joint into this little gem. I was disappointed that they were not open on Monday as we wanted to come back for lunch for burgers (they looked amazing when we saw them come out) while we were heading back home to Tampa, but they were not.
