I admit it is my favorite restaurant to go to. Alana is my favorite as I’ve been going there for 8 years. John was my server last night and he was just as fantastic. The managers are always attentive, the drinks are awesome, and the entire dining experience is worth every penny.
Devin is the best server! It’s worth the money and the food is amazing!

We were completely taken care of by Kenny, who even with a full bar was able to step in and make the experience personal and enliven the area. He was super knowledgeable and really has a great eye and ear for reading people. When we sat down, we knew our entire order and layout for the night. I never even had to repeat it a single time. He got it, and put it into action, and made sure we were taken care of the entire way with a few added surprises. We will definitely be coming back to this location and what a rock star!
Went tonight for the first time tonight. Absolutely fantastic. The cheese fondue was very flavourful and the bread and vegetables were very nicely presented. We had the traditional oil fondue for our main course and again everything was well presented and very tasty. The chocolate fondue for dessert was a great finish to a wonderful dinner. The service was very frindly and prompt but not rushed. Definitely will go back.
Food was excellent and our server Devin totally made the night. Very personable and funny. The best experience I've had at a Melting Pot before.

Great fun. If you want to celebrate ... birthdays, anniversary's, any of life's big events, this is a fun place to go. Like one person wrote, if you go to a BMW dealers showroom, you don't expect cheap cars. The Melting Pot isn't cheap ... however, considering all you get in the way of food, it really isn't that over-priced. Good food, great wait-staff, all in all, a really great evening for our anniversary. Well done.
Love this place! My first choice for special occasion dinning. I'm always stuffed when I leave. Cheese fondue is amazing. This is also the only place I cannot leave even a bite of my salad because the raspberry vinaigrette is fabulous! Entree is top notch and dessert is so ooy gooy yummy! Yes, the prices are up there but the quality and amount of food you get are worth it. This restaurant does offer value for money IMO. The service has always been top notch. I even have my 8 yr old addicted to this place and he begs to go there for his birthday dinner. If your celebrating a special occasion or if your looking for a romantic, one on one date night this is the place.
You don't go to a BMW dealer and complajn about the prices, so be prepared that this place isnt for those a bit light in the wallet. With that being said, I have been here twice and thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. The three course meal was more than enough food and was absolutely endorphine releasing delicious.

Here are some tips:
1) If you don't like the fondue experience where you cook your food and enjoy a nice hour to two hour experience, don't come here.
2) If you don't have any money, don't come here.
3) I couldn't imagine eating more then what they give you. I honestly couldn't eat more - I don't know how anyone else could (I'm 6'5 and far from petite). If you are looking to chow down quickly and cheaply, go hit a McDonald's.
I don't have sympathy for anyone who doesn't do their research on a restaurant before they go there. The quality of food is excellent and as well as the service. Melting Pots have been all around the country for decades now.
Great Experience. I went there for my anniversary and everything was wonderful from the time i walked in to the goodbye at the door. I ordered the romance package, so the table was set with roses and they had champagne waiting for us when we arrived. The meal was amazing and the food was top notch. They took our picture and printed it right there and put it in a frame for us to take home. The server was friendly and knowledgeable but knew when to leave us alone for privacy. Well worth the money i spent, and i will do it again soon.
Those of you who are complaining about price or the fact that you cook your own food are ignorant. First of all, there goes a lot of work just preparing all the ingredients for the items on their menu. They also use the best quality of ingredients as well. This is fondue and is part of the experience. Fondue is not only about the food but socializing as well. Someone also complained that they didn't get enough food. I can honestly say, after all three courses, I'm stuffed and I know I can throw down a lot of food. I am never disappointed when I eat there. But if you don't appreciate the culture or can't afford it, than go to McDonald's.
This was my second time and my boyfriends first time eating at a Melting Pot. We went there for our 9 year anniversary and Emily and the staff went above and beyond making our dinner special. The table had rose petals and a picture frame plus a single rose and electric candle. They took our picture which was placed inside the frame for us as a keepsake. Emily helped guide us through the entire menu and which allowed us to select the best package for our dinner experience. The food was excellent and the dessert was beautifully presented with a plate where they had written “9 years” in chocolate for us. Thank you so much for an unforgettable anniversary dinner. We will definitely be coming back again.
Incredibley great celebration dinner. Wonderful service , food & atmosphere. The food was amazing and the charcuterie board was so good. Their shrimp and cheese fondue 🫕, & mushroom Ravioli were some of my favorites. Thursday has a date night special and you can add a person if you for example have one of your kids with you. They also had some delicious speciality drinks. On the expensive side but if you have something special to celebrate or need a special date night this is a great place to go as they deliver on every level.

The staff were amazing, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. They always checked in to ask if we needed anything and if we were good. Our waitress was very informative and made great recommendations and suggestions as this was our first time. Would definitely recommend for an intimate date night
Our 5-year anniversary at this Melting Pot was PERFECT! The food was and is always great, I recommend the pepper steak! The staff and our server Kenna made it a very special night for us. They laid out rose petals and were overall very attentive! It the perfect way to spend our evening!
My wife and I had a reservation for dinner to celebrate our two year wedding anniversary. I opted in for the touch of romance package and it was the perfect add on. We had the full course package for two. We both enjoyed every meal from the cheese fondue to our main course, and of course the delicious chocolate fondue. It was our first time dining here together and we both loved it. Our server was made our night with his personality and funny jokes. Will definitely come back to enjoy another perfect meal at the Melting Pot.
Perfect Night Out with Mom! We had the endless special! It was all delicious! Had the flaming chocolate turtle for the Chocolate Fondue, the Bomb! My favorite was the teriyaki steak. We cooked it on the grill at the table. Very attentive server! Stunning atmosphere! Quite a dining experience’
It was, honestly, a perfect evening! My wife and I were celebrating our 22nd anniversary. We don't go out a lot, but The Melting Pot was the perfect choice! The staff was exceedingly pleasant and helpful. The pace of the meal was comfortable and we never felt rushed. The quality of the food was excellent and the quantity was perfect. We both left feeling comfortable full. The key to our entire evenings experience though, was our server, Kenna! From start to finish she was absolutely wonderful. She was ready for every question we had, made excellent suggestions, and was a pleasure to interact with. The next time we visit we will absolutely be requesting her again. It was a wonderful anniversary and The Melting Pot played a big part in that.
We were on our way to another restaurant for lunch and drove by The Melting Pot. On a whim we decided to give it a try instead. Sooo glad that we did!

My mom and sisters and I came to The Melting Pot for a girls night out. We had no idea what or how to order, but Gabriel was so helpful in explaining the menu and all of our options.
