The menu described: "Sun dried tomato and Parmesan sole: flaky white sole, wild mushroom risotto, broccolini, lemon butter sauce, micro greens, sweet basil oil", but it did not prepare me for not only the best piece of fish I've ever ordered but the meal itself was hands down top three I've had in my life and not only have I traveled throughout the country coast to coast north and south, I've traveled the world as well. If I could've forced myself to order a second plate I would have and I'll be lamenting the fact I have to wait to go back to Florida to get a meal of this quality. My girlfriend and I ate at the bar and have to say this restaurant has a great vibe, I believe it's an old tire manufacturing warehouse that's been beautifully designed and decorated on all four floors including the rooftop bar. We ate at several restaurants while in Ft Myers, but the others did not hold a candle to this location or meal. If you don't order this meal while in Florida, you have truly done yourself a disservice.
Very goo food and service. This was our first time there and we were very impressed with the staff and the food. Our waiter Joe was a hoot, and his menu recommendations were spot on. We highly recommend coming to Firestone’s!
One of my friends suggested this place to eat and hang out. Great place and the best spot! We were seated on the 2nd floor, which was a little private area. The atmosphere was cool and chill. The drinks were spot-on! My favorite was the crème brûlée cocktail. Calamari was crispy and tasty!! Entrees, we're all fantastic! well seasoned and have good portions. Everybody at our table loved every dish. Prices are affordable. The only thing that I didn't like was that we felt a little bit neglected by our server because she doesn't really check up on us, and service was a bit slow, but other than that, she still gave us good service. One of the gems in town!
A great place to party. My favorite place to go downtown has been the sky bar since the late 2000s. However, I recently went last year with my dad to eat there during the day. It's definitely a different atmosphere and I really enjoyed it. The food was great the prices were good. The view is fantastic. My son also enjoyed the fries.
Great atmosphere, extensive menu, and some unique choices. Jay was attentive and knowledgeable. Sweet corn and lobster chowder, crab cake, and Osco Buco were all delicious with pleasing presentations. And the surprise birthday dessert was delightful.

Five star food, Two star Service
I have dined here twice, once a few years ago and another recently. The food was very good both times we dined here. Arancini is phenomenal. Steak was cooked perfectly but the Demi glacé was thick and served in a ramekin on the side, which I thought was unusual. I ordered potatoes au gratin and expected creamy, flavorful potatoes in a good portion size, since I paid more for a premium side. What I got was a tiny, dry side of potatoes. I returned these and ordered couscous, which had zero flavor and was covered in what looked like an artificial butter substance.
Service last time was much better than our most recent trip. This time, the waitress let our wine run out and never offered to see if we’d like more. After our food arrived (delivered by other staff), she didn’t check in on us until at least 10 minutes after we received it. I ordered a desert to go and while we waited, we asked for our checks. She never even rang in the desert, therefore I never received it. Overall service needs help, but food was pretty decent. Not sure if I’ll be back on our next trip to Ft. Meyers.

My wife had the filet and it was awesome. My ribeye was average. Our server Joe was great! The atmosphere in the dining area was very cool. Upstairs at the Sky Bar was a nice touch to complete our evening. We'll definitely come back!
Crab sushi was delightful. Steak and green beans unpictured were so flavorful and tender.
The food here was amazing! Everyone in our group of 4 said it was the best meal they ever had. Outstanding quality and flavors! Nothing was average. The mashed potatoes were even infused with rosemary. Service was impeccable. The waitress waited at our table while each of us cut into our meat to make sure it was done to our liking. I’ve never seen such attentiveness. Several different people stopping by to clear plates and check if we needed anything. Very professional. Atmosphere was great too. The restaurant was full but did not seem overcrowded. Will definitely be back again, and next time I will take some photos to share. Thank you Firestone.
The food was amazing. Service was great. Grilled grouper was the most delicious grouper I ever had. The blueberry and mint moscow mule was so refreshing too.
My family and I came here for Happy Hour and enjoyed ourselves! The rooftop had plenty of seating for large groups and thought the lounge seats were quite comfortable.
They have an nice environment to sit and relax and enjoy the view!
However, I thought the service could be better. It took 20 min to put our first order of drinks in when we first arrived (was not busy yet). We also ordered calamari but would not get again (too much batter).
FYI: We arrived at 3:45 (stood in line until they opened at 4) and a large line formed after us—get there early.
