My burger while very good was surprisingly soggy, definitely edible and not soggy enough to suppress not wanting to eat it or have it remade. I did get barbeque sauce added to “all the way” and i dont think that would explain the excessive moisture in the bun and not be able to see much sauce. The guys behind the counter were highly attentive to the customers walking in greeting everyone and noting who is at the register. They also were loud when announcing order numbers which is very helpful. Freestyle coke is always a welcome sight, and dont forget to order your legendary fries!
Every employee was working so quickly to meet customer needs with friendly service. The young lady working on fries was so sweet and the men showed strong work ethics. I hope their manager shows them the appreciation they deserve. Also, the food was delicious as always 😋
Five guys is already well known for great food. But this location has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Everyone greeted me warmly upon arrival for a pick up and informed me just another 2 minutes for the rest of my order to be completed. If I'm going to spend $15 on lunch, it will be here to support these great people. Order was fresh and no flaws to my food.
Ya just gotta love Five Guys! The burgers are just amazing. Grilled to perfection and your choice of ANY toppings available at no extra charge. Yep, one to 15! It doesn't matter! No charge! And look at the fries! That was a medium cup. The cup was full and there were more fries in the bag than were in the cup! All fresh cut and fried crispy, not soggy! We loved it! Would be good if they had a gluten free bun for my wife, but the lettuce wrap was good too! Well done Guys!
This is my favorite location in south Florida. I’ve been to all the locations and there all decent but the Healthpark location shines bright above the rest! Consistent quality time and time again. Big trees in the parking lot make eating on the benches out front as pleasant at dining in this freshly remodeled location thats always clean and brightly lit. Good energy and good vibes never disappoints! Melanie and Taylor always go out of their way to make my “Healthy” burger just the way I like it ❤️ update: Met a new grill man Tori and cashier Tia and they were both awesome employees and blessed me with some great food and service today, so thankful for the management’s good attitude, it’s infectious 😍
Food was phenomenal, service was absolutely stellar. The folks here understand customer service.
I love this place and the fact they added a killer BLT to their menu. It's definitely one of my go-tos for hubby. I put that in front of him and devours it! Thank you!!!

These guys Really go above and beyond!!! I have been to quite a few 5 guys but after leaving from the hospital with my daughter who is stage 4 cancer having a big yummy milkshake for her and for me having my favorite little cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, extra pickle, mayo, sauteed onions and mushrooms the best fries I could ask for bc we can reheat them when we get home and her belly has settled down.... then you know you have the Best little cheeseburger in town!!! OH AND BY THE WAY... LITTLE IS JUST A PARAPHARSE FOR THESE 5 GUYS.... ITS TRULY THE BIGGEST LITTLE CHEESEBURGER YOU CAN GET FOR YOUR MONEY!!! WE SURE DO MISS THE PEANUTS THAT THEY ALWAYS SERVED WITH IT... THATS THE WAY THE WORLD TURNS DURING COVID-19.... WAIT THAT WAS IN 2019 CANT WE GET BACK TO SOME NORMAL????? Stopped in for a burger... smiling faces to greet me... how do i want my double bacon cheeseburger? Got my order PERFECT!!! after eating at other places and having to have a burger their way... the heck with that!!! 5 guys!!! I love to cook and it would be difficult for me to make a better burger... i couldn't!!! They served me PERFECTION!!!
