We have traveled to Ft Myers to visit an aunt my mine. We live in the panhandle of FL. We make sure to come to the Twisted Vine every visit. Thanksgiving was our first choice to celebrate that day and you did not disappoint. But my favorite on your regular menu will always be the pork shank served over mash potatoes. The best ever! Oh, and your pumpkin pie was the best I had ever tasted. The extra spice, whatever was in it was so great! Thank you to all of your friendly staff for working that day!��

This was our first time at Twisted Vine Bistro. The food was fantastic! The ambience was what an upscale wine bar should be. Our server, Lindsey, was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. My husband and I shared our meal. We had the tuna poke and onion soup first. Both were excellent! I ate most of the onion soup, which my husband was not very happy about! It was so good, I couldn't stop myself!! We shared a wedge salad, the filet. The chef split our meal on to 2 plates without us even asking: very nice! The filet was cooked perfectly, medium rare, and came with baby vegetables and mashed potatoes that were special! We don't know what was in them, but they were good!! We topped of our meal with a flourless chocolate torte with vanilla ice cream, a strawberry and whipped cream. It was fudgy and decedent! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment! Fabulous dinner! Alexis was a very attentive server and even adjusted the bill when one item wasn’t to my taste. My husband had the short ribs and I had the delicious calamari appetizer (like a calamari version of Bang-Bang Shrimp). We went early and by the time we left at 8:00 every table was full.
It’s on the list for next time! In downtown Ft Myers about 10 minutes off of I75. Don’t miss it!
Enjoyed our crusted salmon, it was cooked perfectly and nice crust. The steak frittes with truffle fries hit the spot. Good pricing and good service from Zack! Live entertainment options also available.
Stopped in for happy hour on a day visit from our sailboat. HH Drinks are very rznbly priced for such a nice place, but the food is absolutely fabulous! Ordered $7 apps for HH and both the tuna and calamari were amazing. I would order at full price anytime. Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable as well.
My sister and I just finished our meal here. The service was fantastic, the food delicious. Short ribs and salmon were perfect! Our 2 servers worked so hard to take care of the outside courtyard dining. So impressed. Thank you Ismael and Mike you guys made our dining experience the best! We will be back!
We were very satisfied with this place. The atmosphere is great and quiet. Service was very good and food was delicious. They have a very good wine selection, and we loved their chessboard. Definitely an amazing experience and I recommend this place
Truly enjoyed the Jazz Brunch. The servers and musicians are extremely pleasant. The ricotta pancakes were unbelievable!! My only concern would be that there are only two waitresses/servers who do EVERYTHING for the entire room, even work the bar. This can cause you to have to wait for a while for server related items (food, condiments, etc.) Also, don't follow their online brunch menu, it list items that are not on the in-restaurant menu. My husband and will return, we really liked the relaxed environment.
This was our first time in here and the bartender Dawn, was extremely friendly. She greeted us as soon as we walked in, asked if we’d been here before, and of course told us the specials. I ordered an amaretto stone sour and unlike most bars, she made it correctly. The space is super clean and doesn’t smell like a, “hole in the wall bar”. Not saying that “hole in the wall” bars are not great but this place is amazing! Great space, love how the bar and stage area is setup. Definitely will be making this our new favorite spot!
I took my mother her for her anniversary on a Monday evening, there was four of us. Waitress was very pleasurable and attentive. The table ordered Tuna Poke, Florida snapper and the pork special for the evening. We were all please with our selections and enjoyed the meals. I would return to this restaurant and recommend to my friends.
We had a lovely meal on Friday 30 April. All of the meals were good except my mother in law who ordered Seabass. It came out under cooked and we notified the waitress. Shortly there after Chef Louis came out and spoke with my mother in law. He apologized profusely and said that he was going to cook a new piece of fish and personally handle it. He then delivered the fish cooked to perfection and told us that she would also receive a free dessert. That was pure class to have the actual chef come out and take ownership of the problem and make it right. That’s all we can ask and he was most gracious. You don’t find that at many restaurants today and I was quite impressed with his candid ownership of the problem. We will definitely dine here again!
My fiancé and I went here for dinner to celebrate our engagement. We couldn't have picked a more perfect place. We sat in the courtyard, and it was very romantic with the lights and trees! The servers were very attentive and made sure we had a perfect night. The food and wine were delicious too. Loved Twisted Vine and definitely want to go back! Highly recommend!
