Casa Lupita is a hidden gem. The small front dining area is misleading as the back dining room is cozy. The food is amazing. Queso and chips comes with fresh bread. I got the super tacos with al pastor, amazing hand made tortillas real spicy sauce on side. Wife got enchiladas mix, they were drowned in sauce but also excellent flavors. Service is amazing as well!

Such a treasure in Gateway. Had a wonderful lunch of enchiladas with rice and refried beans. Tres Leches cake for dessert and my entire meal was perfect. My server Jesus was the only one on duty at the time and he handled the dining room with ease and professionalism. I never felt neglected and he was very attentive to all the customers. Highly recommend! Have dessert-it’s divine!!!
Great food with outstanding friendly service. Atmosphere would have been 5 stars also, but the people seated in booth next to us had their phone playing their own music and phone calls on speaker the entire time.
Looking for great and exciting tastes? This is the place! I am very critical of places I eat because people read my reviews. This little place is the bomb, look at the desserts also the owners make their own designs. Forget portion control you will need a box to take home the leftovers. Love this place, Daniella was awesome and so was Randy!
We've been hard pressed to find decent Mexican food in the area. While it wasn't the 5 star experience (food wise) we personally were looking for, it was still a fabulous experience.
The food could use a little more heat/spice, other than that, it was amazing. I had the wet burrito (aka smothered burrito) and my hubby had the chimichanga which would have been better if served smothered. The chips are hands down the best I've ever had at a Mexican place but the salsa they served it with was lacking flavor and heat.
The service was tremendous.
Overall we will definitely be back.
Absolutely love this place!! The food is amazing, and beyond filling portions. We have been multiple times and have yet to have less than an amazing experience! I can say enough positive things about Lupitas! If you are looking for a full menu, and plenty of choices, this is your spot! I hope that you are fortunate enough to have the pleasure of Edna being there, she is amazing, and made our time there perfect!! You have to give it a try!
My second time here for lunch since I work across the street and I love this little hidden place. They give you a 10% discount if you work around there too.
They may be short staffed but the people there are great and so is the food!
So far I have had the big steak burrito and their cheese quesadillas are the best. Doesn't taste like other quesadillas I have had before.

We’ve been going to Casa Lupita for many years now and they consistently deliver some of the best tasting Mexican food you’ll ever have and at a terrific value. The restaurant is clean and the staff are always excellent. The enchiladas with green sauce are killer good. A great happy hour too! A terrific family run restaurant. Highly recommended.
Came here on my lunch break placed an order to go order the ahogada torta.. Let me just say Oh My Gosh! It was so delicious, the sauce is on point the carnitas is perfect, tender and had all flavor. This Torta came with beans and cheese as well and it was all perfect. I only ate half it's so big I had to take the other half home. My fiancé ate it and he was amazed. We will definitely be back. The young man that took my order was so friendly all the workers are amazing. Ohhhhh and the cakes here WOW! I'll be buying a custom cake from here for sure. Beautiful one oh a kind cakes.
