Ginza

They have an à la carte menu, but most people take the one price $29.00 or anything all you can eat. we took the $29.99 all you can eat price. The food was subpar. The service was extremely slow, and the restrooms were filthy. My husband order the steak 🥩 teriyaki and I’ve had chewing gum that was more tender. I had the tuna. The tuna 🍣 was so grizzly you could peel the gristle off like paper. When I put the tune in mo mouth and chewed it, I was left with a little piece grisel. It was so grizzly afterword I couldn’t even swallow it. For dessert, they have a choice of ice cream or fried cheesecake. We chose the ice cream it came in this little frozen plastic cup with a 2 inch flat wooden spoon. But really, the worst part was the bathroom. My goodness it was disgusting. they had a plunger 🪠 in a plunger holder. Inside the plunger holder and on the plunger was a Brown residue. You don’t need much imagination to know what it was. If you looked on the top of the bathroom of the doors, do you know that metal frame that holds everything together . There was so much greasy dirt it looked like it was fuzzy. There was so much grease and dirt up there. I show a picture of it. It really was horrible. And they didn’t have a towel holder. It was broken. They had a roll of paper towels sitting on the counter. They were all wet and gooey. It’s peculiar, because when you first come in, it appears open and clean. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Our experience since we have patronized on July 31, 2023 starting with all you can eat lunch. It has been totally awesomeness, incredible Mgmnt Joshua & Kevin, hostess, personal serving team, kitchen team & busing team. They make your experience feel like you’re at home. We have gratefully blessed to be able to patronize at Ginza very frequent & all you can eat dinner tantalizes our palate so much. Everything on their menus satisfy your craving with a smile. The aviance is soothing & the music is entertaining. There is one great song that to us describes GINZA SUSHI & HIBACHI is on YouTube Romeo Eats, the Sushi Song.. Gosh, how we dream to do Sushi & our Seafood Ice Cream Cone, Zach’s Special Roll. We are in Heaven having date night all the time at GINZA. Love love love!!! Everything is good, even the miso soup is good. No weird/old soup taste. I love the octopus sashimi! All the sushi rolls taste good. It's my go to place when I craving sushi and I can choose from all different options without spending tons of money.

Been coming here for years. Incredible sushi incredible prices incredible quality! Big sashimi pieces. Awesome owners, Kevin is the nicest dude ever!

Food is always excellent when we come here. Sushi is fresh for the most part, occasionally the sushi that's supposed to come out hot is cold but regardless it tastes amazing. Sat at the bar, and the service wasn't too good, it seemed as if he forgot about us and was distracted most of the time. However the food is always worth it here!
