First time ordering here. Did order online and picked up to bring home. Order was ready as promised, staff was friendly, food was outstanding! Everything was exactly as ordered and delicious. Recommend!
Ebony recommended at the veggie burger and even though I am not a vegetarian that was a super yummy burger. Cannot wait to go back

The entire staff was sweet and fun to talk to. Charlie took my order and he’s good at up-selling ;) Sarai and Stephanie we’re good and making my shake and helping keep the area cleaned. The kitchen did a fab job. My burger and fries were PERFECT!!!
Best burger and fries I have ever had. This place phenomenal with great selection of burgers and fresh cut fries. I had the CEO burger with a blend of waygu burger and brisket with candied bacon and a garlic aioli. The burger was merely in your mouth fantastic with fabulous flavor. I am full yet I want another one! Now let's talk about the urban fries, they are fresh cut fries with rosemary, parsley drizzled with the garlic aioli. The question is not if I will be back, it's when! John the general manager was a fountain of information about the menu and the millennials will love this place as it's all natural ingredients and all furniture is made from recycled products. They also have plant based burgers as well however no self respecting BBQ connoisseur would eat any plant based products. My ranchers friends and family would disown me.

Stopped in almost at closing heading back to Ft. Lauderdale after initially not being able to locate a BurgerFi on my Apple map. The staff was welcoming even though they were preparing to close. Met the manager who was from my area, he was really personable and cool! He advised me of some of the locations Burgerfi would be opening throughout the country and his role in getting them started. As usual the veggie burger was on point !! Definitely will be coming back when we return to the area. Thanks!
Amazing. The tomato spread, bacon jam and the flavor of the meat was delicious. I have had good burgers before but this one is top two. The fries were the best. Parmesan cheese with a garlic aioli sauce, couldn't be better. Red velvet shake was amazing as well. I wish there was closer to my house back in texas but I bet we will drive to san Antonio or Dallas. Missed out when I found out later that there were some in Alaska when I lived there. Not close either but I would have gone now looking back.

We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. The food is great too! The onion rings are huge and the fries fresh cut. But I was really thankful for the angus beef with no hormones or antibiotics.😊
Was surprised how good this burger was! Thought it was small but filled me right up! That no bun option is a great choice as well!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious! I ordered the veggie burger and it was excellent! I love their fries as well! We had a party of four and we all loved what we ordered. I highly recommend this place and we'll be back again when we visit Florida 👍
