I absolutely love Rita's Italian Icys the ppl are very nice good customer service skills at the window,the favors are wonderful, they really treat they're customers good, I would go to Rita's everyday if I could the best ice cream parlor in town.. I would recommend anybody to go there you will be a satisfied customer like myself Rita 's you're the best..

We used to go to Rita’s all the time in Pennsylvania before moving to Florida.
Consistently good from location to location.
We stopped here an hour before closing and as others have mentioned they were out of several flavors. Not the end of the world. A suggestion to avoid having customers be let down cause their favorite flavor ran out would be to use a digital display menu that can easily be changed as menu items run out for the day. The locked flavors of the day board outside does not make it easy to make changes quickly. Just my 2 cents.
My wife was and I both got our favorite Gelati. It was delicious and presentation was great. We both got a large and we both agreed that next time a medium will be fine as the large is really generous in size.
The two girls working did a good job of handling the late night rush to get custard.
I’m not going to complain about paying $5.50 for a large Gelati. Food is expensive these days everywhere. Rita’s is a treat for us and we enjoy it 🙂
My son wanted to stop by here we always ride by just never have stopped. We was missing out everything we got was very good and has lots of flavor. He got a shake and it tasted just like a candy bar just melted very good. We did not wait long for out stuff either 5 minutes if that. She was very nice to us.
We've been twice, and both times the staff have been incredibly nice. The Italian ice and custard are what you'd expect from Rita's too; great!
Delicious italian ices. So many flavors. Outdoor seating if you like. Super friendly staff. No sugar flavor if you need that. Conveniently located.
Got the ice flight and peanut butter milk shake the peanut butter milk shake tastes just like Reece’s I got the mango flavor on the ice flight taste like real mango would give 10 stars if u could
Best ice cream store in the west of Florida. I knew Rita the first time when I traveled to Philadelphia. When my husband and I travelled to Fort Myers, we were so happy to see Rita again, especially that it locates next to our hotel. I am not exaggerating that it is the best ice cream. Although I don't like ice creams, I could eat a half cup of ice cream from Rita without paying attention. I usually choose a large size, about $5 only
We love Rita's Italian Water Ice! Good quality and fresh flavors at Rita's. You just can't go wrong with any desert here. As I understand, the flavors are real fruit and fresh and they certainly taste like it. We visit Ritas as often as possible during the summer. The sweet treats here are a great relief from the heat and a great reward after a long day of work or a day at the beach.
I highly recommend Ritas!
Rita's in fort Myers is so much better than the one in Naples. They fill the treats up to the top and when you ask for a receipt they actually give it to you.
This place is amazing! Their mango ice is so good! Their vanilla custard is really, really good! Their customer service is great also! Bring cash so you can tip!
Super friendly staff, great service! Asked for some Italian ice and the girl working there offered to let us try a couple samples to help decide. This sounds cheesy but she was just so happy she was definitely enjoying working there; it kind of brightened my day a bit lol. She even went the extra mile and packed it up real nice for a to-go cup without us asking. It was Alex at the drive thru who was working w Nikayla — I had to ask their names to put in a review because she was so great! If management sees this I totally vote for her to get a raise…
