We love the doughnuts at Krispy Kreme and took the kids. They were excited to pick out their favorites and we bought an assortment. This store has the doughnut production line behind the counter, but it was not running during our visit. My suggestion is to call ahead to see when the line is running because the best doughnut around is a hot and fresh glazed doughnut right off the production line after you see it being made.
This is by far my favorite location! Not only do they provide professional and excellent customer services specifically "Erika" and "Ashley " but they have a beautiful clean lobby, and a fantastic variety avaliable mostly always! My favorite time to visit is when the hot and ready light is on! This place is my Disney Land and I literally drive over a hour to come here when I need a special treat! I have been a krispy kreme customer for almost my whole life and have visited a lot of locations but this one is hands down my favorite because they always go the extra mile! It’s a modern Krispy Kreme. I’m glad that there is one in Fort Myers. We need way more. There is a window were you can watch the donuts on the band. But I would turn the table so you can see the donuts under the glaze fountain.
I never been to Krispy Kreme before. Oh my! The doughnuts were so good! Wasn't much a fan of the coffee (more of a Dunkin person) I really liked how you can seen the whole process of the doughnut making. It was very interesting. Wish I had one where I lived.
Came in for a quick bite ! Was welcome with a smile by Erika and a young man Saye (probably misspelled his name) great customer service ! A process as simple as buying a donut was so pleasing. Store was clean and smelled delicious! A plus being able to see donuts being glazed for production !
I failed to call the store to confirm a specific order I had place early in the morning during rush. I came in later that day after Sunday rush when specialty donut are typically sold out by then. Erica went out of her way with her staff to make a fresh batch just for us. Very kind people!

This place is quite amazing! As far as I know, this is the only Krispy Kreme in Lee County. If not, it may be one of the best. Not only do they have good donuts, you can also get paper Krispy Kreme hats, fabric hats, mugs, cups, car freshener trinkets, and a few other things. Their coffee products are quite good according to my mother, as well.
What's more, you can openly see the work process of making the donuts, unlike other restaurants that hide away their practices. Not only can you see it from the front register, but also the side via a uniquely placed window! You can see how your favorite donuts are made!
All in all, I would love to go here again.

1st time here at this location, the only issue was the coffee was cold, but I had driven to my doctor's appointment 🤔
The doughnuts were awesome and the customer service was pretty good.
When the hot and ready sign is on, their donuts are amazing. I'm not a fan of them after they have cooled off, but they are great when they are fresh!
